Attacking the opposition he said, 'After two failed attempts, the BJP is making another sequel of the 'India Shining' movie called the Gujarat Development model. And just like in 2004 and 2009 when the people of India burst the 'India Shining' balloon, people will burst this balloon yet again.'

Condemning the language used by Shri Imran Masood before he joined the Congress Party, some six months ago, Rahul Gandhi said, 'This is not the way of the Congress Party. I will tell you what the way of the Congress Party is. In a recent rally, the opposition leader said about me, 'He isn't even fit to become a driver'. But we must not react with anger. We believe in the politics of love and we must defeat the politics of anger. We must fight against those who play the politics of anger and hatred and defeat them.'.

    Rahul Gandhi said that Arunachal Pradesh has made a lot of progress since its formation. 'Prime Minister Indira Gandhi made Arunachal Pradesh a Union Territory in 1972. It became a state under Rajiv Gandhi. Arunachal Pradesh has come a long way since then. Its literacy was almost zero, now it is almost equal to the national average,' he said.

The state government has approved Rs. 1700 crore and 62 new industries, which will bring manufacturing jobs for the youth of Himachal,' said Rahul Gandhi. He also spoke about the Himachal-Ladakh tunnel that will enhance connectivity in the region.
    Stating that the opposition makes false claims about development of infrastructure, the Rahul Gandhi highlighted that the UPA government made three times the number of roads in five years in comparison to the NDA government for the same period. He also mentioned that the opposition was against statehood for Himachal, but today tries to take the credit for creating the state, a decision that was actually taken by the Congress.
    Rahul Gandhi stressed that revamping the education system, to provide better access to higher education opportunities would be a priority for the Congress in Himachal. Already this year, 15 new degree colleges and 4 new medical colleges have been set up in Himachal Pradesh.

This farmer bleeds and sweats for the country and fails to get a proper price for his land. The opposition tried stopping this bill at the standing committee level but yet we managed to pass it,' said Rahul Gandhi.
    Sharing the ideology and the vision of the Congress party, Rahul Gandhi promised the people of UP that the state will have unprecedented development when the Congress comes to power. He added that the ideology of the Congress is of love, peace and brotherhood and the BJP can continue dreaming about removing Congress from India. 'They don't realize that the Congress party is not an entity, it is an ideology. Every person in India irrespective of their religion and caste has this ideology in them,' he said.

    Rahul Gandhi also threw light on the hypocrisy of the TMC government. 'People had hoped the new government will work for development, for education, for creating jobs and employment, but unfortunately the TMC Government has done the same thing for which it fought against the communists,' he added.
