Yogi Adityanath's government has introduced a new policy for the welfare of cows. Under this new policy, you will have to pay for cow shelters. A 0.5% cess will be levied on excised items which couldn't load alcohol apart from the toll tax. Shimla. Himachal's government led by Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has suffered a major setback. Himachal Pradesh High Court has rejected the Water Cess Act and declared it unconstitutional. 40 power companies had reached the court in protest against this act made by the state government. After this order of Himachal Pradesh High Court, now the notification issued by the state government will be considered cancelled.
