Asia Cup witnessed a cracker of a match between India and Afghanistan with the match going down in Afghan Cricket History. The score for both the teams read 252 at the end of the day with Rashid Khan defending 6 in the final over of the match.
KL Rahul hit a solid 60 at the start of the innings and looked compact enough before getting trapped by the magician Rashid Khan attempting a reverse sweep.
Though he looked out plumb to the naked eye, Rahul thought that he had been struck outside the off stump and went for a review.
In the post match interview Rahul talks about how being in and out of the team hampers playing his natural game.
And that he is ready to be flexible and play at a position the team requires him to bat. On being asked about the struggles of batting in the middle order, he explained that batting is not so easy coming in on a slow track. He also credited the brilliant bowling by the Afghan spinners to produce a heck of a match.
