അതിക്രമിച്ച കയറല്‍, അന്യായമായി തടഞ്ഞ വെയ്ക്കല്‍ കൊലപാതകം മരണകാരണമായ ബലാത്സംഗം എന്നീ കുറ്റങ്ങള് കോടതി കണ്ടെത്തി.ദൃക്‌സാക്ഷികളില്ലാത്ത കേസില്‍ ഡിഎന്‍എ പരിശോധന ഫലം ജിഷവധക്കേസിലെ നിര്‍ണായക വഴിത്തിരിവായിരുന്നു.2016 ഏപ്രില്‍ 28ന് ജിഷയുടെ മൃതദേഹം പെരുമ്പാവൂരിലുള്ള വീട്ടില്‍ കണ്ടെത്തി.ക്രൂരമാനഭംഗത്തിനിരയായ ജിഷയുടെ ശരീരത്തില്‍ 38 മുറിവുകള്.ശക്തമായ പ്രതിഷേധങ്ങള്‍ക്കൊടുവില്‍ ജൂണ്‍ 16ന് പ്രതി പിടിയില്

പ്രോസിക്യൂഷന്‍ അമിറുളിനെതിരെ 10 സുപ്രധാന തെളിവുകളാണ് കോടതിയില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.അമിറുളിന് നീതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് ആളൂര് പറയുന്നു.പക്ഷെ കേസില്‍ ഒരാള്‍മാത്രമാണോ പ്രതിയെന്ന സംശയം ഇപ്പോഴും പലര്‍ക്കുള്ളിലും പുകയുന്നു.കൃത്യം നടക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അമിറുള്ളിന്റെ സാന്നിധ്യം ജിഷയുടെ വീട്ടിലുണ്ട്.പൊലീസ് നിരത്തിയ തെളിവുകള്‍
ജിഷയുടെ കൈനഖങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ നിന്നും ചുരിദ്ദാറില്‍ നിന്ന് കിട്ടിയ പ്രതിയുടെ ഡിഎന്‍എ.
പിറകുവശത്തെ ഡോര്‍ ഫ്രെയിമില്‍ നിന്നും രക്തക്കറ കിട്ടി.അമിറുളിന്റെ ശരീരത്തിലെ മുറിവുകള്.പ്രതിയുടെ ചെരുപ്പ് അയല്‍വാസി പ്രതിയെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞത്,ഇങ്ങനെ നിരവധി തെളിവുകള്‍.പ്രതിക്കെതിരെ പരമാവധി ശിക്ഷയാണ് പ്രോസിക്യൂഷന്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്.293 രേഖകളും 36 തൊണ്ടിമുതലും ഹാജരാക്കിയത്.വിധി പറയുന്നത് 9 മാസത്തെ വിചാരണയ്ക്കൊടുവില്.വിസ്തരിച്ചത് 100 സാക്ഷികള്‍ ഒപ്പം പ്രതിഭാഗത്തെ 6 സാക്ഷികളെയും.
പ്രതി അമിറുല്‍മാത്രമാണോ ഈ പ്രതി ഒരു വാടക കൊലയാളി ആയിക്കൂടെ മരണശേഷം ജിഷയുടെ കുടുംബത്തിനുള്ളിലെ ചില മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ അമീറുള്‍ തന്നെയെന്ന അമ്മയുടെ ആവര്‍ത്തിച്ച മുറവിളി അങ്ങനെഒരുപാട് ഉത്തരമില്ലാത്ത ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍ ഇനിയും അവശേഷിക്കുന്നു

കേന്ദ്ര ഏജന്‌സി അന്വേഷണമടക്കം തുടരന്വേഷണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുകൊണ്ടുള്ള പ്രതിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ ഹര്‍ജി കഴിഞ്ഞദിവസം കോടതി തള്ളിയിരുന്നു.IPC 302 വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമാണ് പ്രതിക്ക് വധശിക്ഷ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത്.മറ്റ് കുറ്റങ്ങളിലായി 10 വര്‍ഷം 7 വര്‍ഷം തടവും കൂടാതെ 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ പിഴയും കോടതി വിധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്‌.33 തവണ കുത്തേറ്റതിന്റെ പാട് ജിഷയുടെ ശരീരത്തിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നു പ്രതി സഹതാപം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നും കോടതി നിരീക്ഷിച്ചു
