ടാഗോര്‍ഡ തീയേറ്ററില്‍ ഡെലഗേറ്റുകളുടെ പ്രതിഷേധം
22ാമത് രാജ്യാന്തര ചലച്ചിത്രമേളയില്‍ ഇക്കുറിയും പ്രതിഷേധങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുടക്കമില്ല. മുന്‍വര്‍ഷങ്ങളിലെ സമാനസാഹചര്യം തന്നെയാണ് ഒട്ടുമിക്ക വേദികളിലും.മേളയുടെ രണ്ടാം ദിനം ടാഗോര്‍ തീയേറ്ററിലാണ് പ്രതിഷേധം അണപൊട്ടിയത്. 11.30ന് പ്രദര്‍ശനം നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരുന്ന സിംഫണി ഫോര്‍ അന സിനിമയക്കുവേണ്ടി നിരവധി ഡെലഗേറ്റുകളാണ് മണിക്കൂറുകള്‍ മുമ്പേ ക്യൂവില്‍ നിന്നത്. എന്നാല്‍ തൊട്ടുമുമ്പത്തെ ചിത്രം എ സീസണ്‍ ഇന്‍ ഫ്രാന്‍സ് കാണാന്‍ കയറിയവര്‍ തീയേറ്ററില്‍ നിന്നും ഇറങ്ങാന്‍ കൂട്ടക്കിയില്ല. ആകെ 906 സീറ്റുകളാണ് ടാഗോറിലുള്ളത്. ഇതില്‍ 60 ശതമാനം സീറ്റുകള്‍ മുന്‍കൂര്‍ റിസേര്‍വ്വ് ചെയ്തവര്‍ക്കായി മാറ്റിവെച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതോടെ ക്യൂവില്‍ നിന്ന ഡെലഗേറ്റുകള്‍ക്ക് സിനിമ കാണാന്‍ അവസരം നിഷേധിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.

14 തിയേറ്ററുകളിലായി 190 സിനിമകളാണ് 22-ാം മേളയ്‌ക്കെത്തിയത്.11000 ആയി ഡെലിഗേറ്റുകളുടെ എണ്ണം പരിമിതിപ്പെടുത്തിയ അനന്തപുരിയിലെ ആദ്യ ചലച്ചിത്രമേളയാണ് ഇത്.തുടക്കത്തിലെ തന്നെ പ്രതിഷേധമുയര്‍ത്തിyathu പാസ് വിതരണത്തിലെ പിഴവുകള്‍.മേള കവര്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി മീഡിയാ പാസുകളുടെ വിതരം ഡിസംബര്‍ 4നാണെന്ന് ആദ്യം റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് ചെയ്‌തെങ്കിലും പാസ് ലഭിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയത് ഉദ്ഘാടന ദിനം.8ന് രാവിലെ മുതല്‍ വിവിധ തിയേറ്ററുകളില്‍ ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ പ്രദര്‍ശിപ്പിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയിരുന്നു.അപ്പോഴും മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ മീഡിയ സെല്ലിനു മുന്നില്‍ കാത്തു നില്‍ക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
എന്നാല്‍ മേള തുടങ്ങിയ പാസ് ലഭിച്ചുതുടങ്ങിയെങ്കിലും പ്രശ്‌നം അതുകൊണ്ടൊന്നും അവസാനിച്ചില്ല.വളരെ കുറച്ച് പാസ് മാത്രമാണ് മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അനുവദിച്ചത്.
കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷക്കാലങ്ങളില്‍ ഒരിക്കല്‍ പോലും ഈ പേരില്‍ പരാതി ഉയര്‍ന്നിട്ടില്ലെന്നിരിക്കെ ഒരു പാസ് പോലും ലഭിക്കാത്ത മാധ്യമസ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുണ്ട്.ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങളാണ് ഇത്തവണ പാസ് കിട്ടാതെ ഏറെ വിഷമിച്ചത്.പാസ് ലഭിക്കാതെ വന്നതോടെ മീഡിയാ സെല്ലിലെ അധികൃതരുമായി വാക്കേറ്റത്തിന്റെ വക്കോളമെത്തിയതും മേളയ്ക്ക് അപമാനമായി.സാങ്കേതിക തകരാറാണെന്ന പതിവുവാചകത്തില്‍ സംഘാടകര്‍ രക്ഷതേടുമ്പോള്‍ വ്യാപക പ്രതിഷേധമാണ് ഉയരുന്നത്..ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ പകര്‍ത്തേണ്ട മാധ്യമ ഫൊട്ടോഗ്രഫര്‍മാര്‍ക്കും പാസ് കിട്ടിയില്ല ഈ കുറവ് പുറത്തുവന്ന പത്രങ്ങളിലും മാഗസിനുകളിലും വ്യക്തമായി മനസിലാക്കാം.

ഡെലിഗേറ്റ് ഫീസ് 2000 രൂപയാക്കി വര്‍ധിച്ചതായി സംസ്‌കാരിക വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി എ.കെ ബാലനാണ് അറിയിച്ചത് . പ്രളയക്കെടുതിയുടെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില്‍ ചെലവു ചുരുക്കിയാവും മേള സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുക. സമഗ്ര സംഭാവനക്കുള്ള പുരസ്‌കാരം ഇക്കുറി ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. 10 ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ് പുരസ്‌കാരമായി നല്‍കിയിരുന്നത്.പ്രളയം സംസ്ഥാനത്തെയാകെ ഉലച്ചതിനാല്‍ മേള ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാനായിരുന്നു തുടക്കത്തില്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരുന്നത്. പിന്നീട് ആര്‍ഭാടങ്ങള്‍ ഒഴിവാക്കി മേള നടത്താമെന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ചലച്ചിത്ര അക്കാദമി സ്വന്തം നിലക്കാണ് ഇത്തവണ മേള സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. അതിനാലാണ് ഫീസ് നിരക്ക് ഉയര്‍ത്തിയത്. വിദേശ അതിഥികളുടെ എണ്ണം കുറക്കാനും ഏഷ്യന്‍ സിനിമകള്‍ക്കും ജൂറികള്‍ക്കും കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രധാന്യം നല്‍കാനും തീരുമാനമായിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഉദ്ഘാടന-സമാപന ചടങ്ങുകളിലെ ആഘോഷങ്ങള്‍ പൂര്‍ണമായും ഒഴിവാക്കും.
