If you feel that you are advance level and have been working out for a long time you can follow this series then.

This is Cycle 3, we now do LEG Workout for Strong Quads. Remember in advance we go with a pro level pattern.

    Preacher Curl using EZ CURL BAR

    Alternate Hammer Curls
    4 sets of 8 reps

    Tricep Push Downs using CURL BAR
    4 sets of 12 reps

    Skull Crusher using EZ CURL BAR
    4 sets of 8 reps

    Tricep Dips using a BENCH
    2 sets of 25 reps
