We also took steps to ensure free education to all children upto 14 years. To boost the confidence of my sisters, the Central government has taken various steps and through Self Help (SHG) scheme, we ensured loan at a lower rate of 4% for them. To ensure that no one in our country lives in hunger, we intend to bring Food Security Bill. We would have got this bill passed much earlier but could not do so as the opposition parties created hurdles. It is very unfortunate that, these parties have made this a habit to block all welfare measures of the Congress government'.
