'ഷട്ട് ഡൗണി'ന്റെ സമയത്ത് 40 ശതമാനത്തോളം പേര്‍ക്കുള്ള ശമ്പളവിതരണം തടസ്സപ്പെടുകയും ജോലി നഷ്ടപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യും. അതേസമയം, സൈനിക മേഖലകളില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവരെ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങള്‍ ബാധിക്കില്ല.
