    APPREHENSION OF INTERSTATE CRIMNAL GANG
    (KANJAR KHERVA GANG)
    The Special Operation Team, Shamshabad zone have busted a Interstate Criminal Gang (Kanjar Kherva Gang) involved in committing Theft of Gold ornaments and net cash from the luggage bags of the passengers travelling by long route buses in Cyberabad, Rachakonda Police Commissionerates, Nalgonda, Suryapet and Mahaboobnagar districts of Telangana State besides 9 other States and arrested five members of the said Gang and seized 3/4 Kg (780 grams) Gold ornaments pertains to 09 property offences reported in Cyberabad Police Commissionerate & Suryapet district and also seized a Maruti Swift Dzire Car bearing number MP-09-CT-7313 being used by the accused for their transportation from them. The details are:

    I). Details of the Arrested Accused:
    1. Md. Haider Ali Khasham multhani S/o Late.Khasam, Age: 35 yrs, R/o Multani Pura H/o Kherwa Jageer(v), Kuwad post, Manawar Taluka and Thana, Dhar Dist, Madhya Pradesh.

    2. Sikhender Razaq S/o Late Razaq Khan, Age: 45 yrs, R/o: Multani Pura H/o Kherwa Jageer (V), Kuwad post, Manawar Taluka and Thana, Dhar Dist, Madhya Pradesh.

    3. Mohsin Khan S/o Salauddin, Age: 28 yrs, R/o: Multani Pura H/o Kherwa Jageer(V), Kuwad post, Manawar Taluka and Thana, Dhar Dist, Madhya Pradesh.

    4. Mohd. Thayyub Khan S/o Allahrakkah, Age: 33 yrs, R/o: Multani Pura H/o Kherwa Jageer(V), Kuwad post, Manawar Taluka and Thana, Dhar Dist, Madhya Pradesh.

    TEAM
    In order to solve the case and apprehend the criminals involved in the case, a team comprising of SI Ajit Singh, HCSushil, HCAman, HC Manoj, HC Nitesh, Ct. Narender, Ct. Vikas and Ct. Pradeep was constituted under the supervision of Insp. Ajay Dalal, SHO/Cyber Police Station, Distt. Rohini and under overall close supervision of Sh. Ishwar Singh, ACP/Operations Cell/Rohini.

    INVESTIGATION AND INTERROGATION

    On receipt of the complaint, a case vide FIR No. 39/2022 U/s 419/420IPC was registered at PS Cyber Rohini and investigation was takenup. During the course of investigation, on the basis of money trail, it was learnt that the cheated amount has been transferred into bank accounts at Neemuch, Madhy Pradesh. On further analysis, it was learnt that more than Rs 75 lacs have been transferred into the alleged account within 02 days and Crypto Currency i.e. USDT is being purchased on various platforms from the cheated money. On the basis of deep analysis, some suspects were zeroed in. Subsequently, technical surveillance was also mounted on the suspects and it was learnt that the alleged are operating from the area of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.

    Accordingly, raids were conducted at Chittorgarh, Rajasthan and on the basis of technical analysis as well as human intelligence, four accused persons were apprehended. On interrogation, the accused persons revealed their identity as (1) Deepak Patwa, aged 23 years R/o Bhattwara Mohalla, Akola, District: Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, (2) Sunil Kumar Khatik, aged 34 years R/o Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh (3) Dev Kishan, aged 32 yearsR/o Patauliya, Akola, District: Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.and (4) SureshSingh, aged 45
