Dave Grohl is indeed demonstrated that a fighter. After falling and breaking his right leg during a performance of the band on June 12 at the Ullevi Stadium in Sweden. Surprisingly he returned an hour later with his leg in plaster and finished what was missing the show.
Despite suffering through the pain (and being sedated by painkillers) he continued to signin to tens of thousands of attendees.
According to the official website of Foo Fighters, their subsequent appearances were canceled. An X-ray shows the severity of the fracture.
