പ്രളയ ബാധിതര്‍ക്ക് എല്ലാ വിധ സഹായങ്ങളും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നല്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പല ധനസഹായ പദ്ധതികളും മുന്നോട്ട് വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാല്‍ കേരളത്തിലെ ദുരിതം പേറിയ ജനങ്ങള്‍കായി ഉള്ള അടിയന്തര ധന സഹായങ്ങള്‍ അര്‍ഹത പെടാത്ത കൈകളിലും എത്തി ചേരുന്നുണ്ട് എന്നുള്ളതാന് ഇപ്പോള്‍ പുറത്തു വരുന്ന വാര്‍ത്തകള്‍
പ്രളയബാധിതർക്കുള്ള അടിയന്തര ധനസഹായമായ 10,000 രൂപ 4 ജില്ലകളിൽ അനർഹമായി 799 കുടുംബങ്ങൾ കൈപ്പറ്റിഎന്നാണ് കണകുകള്‍ . സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ 16 വരെ 6,71,077 കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്ക് അടിയന്തര സഹായം നൽകിയെന്നും കോഴിക്കോട്, പാലക്കാട്, മലപ്പുറം, വയനാട് ജില്ലകളിൽ തുക കൈപ്പറ്റിയ 799 കുടുംബങ്ങൾ അർഹരല്ലെന്നു കണ്ടു തിരിച്ചുപിടിച്ചെന്നും സംസ്ഥാന ദുരന്ത കൈകാര്യ അതോറിറ്റിയുടെ റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ പറയുന്നു.കോഴിക്കോട്– 520, പാലക്കാട്– 11, മലപ്പുറം– 205, വയനാട്– 63 എന്നിങ്ങനെയാണ് അർഹതയില്ലെന്നു കണ്ടെത്തിയ കുടുംബങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണം. സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഡിസാസ്റ്റർ റെസ്പോൺസ് ഫണ്ടിൽനിന്ന് 883.82 കോടി രൂപ കലക്ടർമാർക്ക് അനുവദിച്ചതിൽ ഒക്ടോബർ 23 വരെ 460.48 കോടി രൂപ വിതരണം ചെയ്തു.പ്രളയവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടു ഹൈക്കോടതിയിലുള്ള കേസിലാണ് അതോറിറ്റിയുടെ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.
അരഹതപെട്ട ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന്‌ ആളുകള്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിനെ പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു ജീവിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള അനര്‍ഹമായ നേട്ടങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി പോകതെയിരിക്കുക
