राजधानी दिल्ली में महिलाओं के साथ दुर्व्यहार की घटनाएं आए दिन कहीं न कहीं होती रहती है। आज ऐसा ही एक वाक्या सौउथ ईस्ट दिल्ली के सरिता विहार के अली विहार में देखने को मिला। यहाँ एक पीड़ित महिला ने 181 (महिला हैल्प लाईन ) नम्बर पर कॉल किया और मदद मांगी। जिसपर महिला आयोग की टीम पीड़ित महिला के मदद के लिए पहुँची तो पीड़ित महिला के ससुराल वालों ने पीड़ित महिला के परिजन सहित महिला आयोग की टीम को घंटो बंधक बना लिया। और एक कमरे में करीब 2 घण्टे तक बंद करके रखा।
पीड़ित महिला का आरोप है, की उसके सुसराल वाले देहज की मांग कर रहे है और उसको परेसान करते है। इसलिए वहां से अलग रह रही है। दैनिक इस्तमाल की चीजें लेने के लिए महिला आयोग की काउंसलर के साथ पीड़ित महिला अपने ससुराल पति को बता के गई थी। आरोप है कि इसके बावजूद उसके साथ बतमीजी की गई और और महिला आयोग से आई महिला को भी बंदी बनाके रखा गया।
वही दूसरी तरफ महिला के पति का कहना है कि वह हर तरीके से अपने साथ रखना चाहता हूँ, पत्नी ही रहने को तैयार नही है। उसकी शादी को अभी 4 महीने हुए है। उसके सभी आरोप गलत है इतना ही नही परिवार में इकलौता बेटा हूँ ,मैं अपने माँ बाप को छोड़ कर कैसे उसके साथ अलग रहने जाऊँ।
फिलहाल दोनों तरफ से पुलिस को शिकायत दी गई है। ऐसे में सबसे बड़ा सवाल यहाँ यह खड़ा होता है की जिस तरह से करीब 2 घण्टे महिला आयोग की टीम और पीड़िता को बंधक बनाए रखा गया, ऐसे में पुलिस क्या करवाई करती है यह देखना होगा।

હોળી વખતે થયેલી મારામારીના મુદ્દે બુધવારે મોડી રાત્રે ઉધનામાં બે કોમના ટોળા વચ્ચે કોમી છમકલું થયું હતું. લોકોએ સામ સામે પથ્થરમારા સાથે દુકાનોની તોડફોડ કરી હતી. ત્યારે સ્થાનિક દલિત યુવકે પોલીસને ફોન કરી ઘટનાની જાણ કરી હતી. ત્યારે ઉધના પોલીસના PSI જે. બી. આહીરે તોફાનીઓ સામે કાર્યવાહી કરવાની જગ્યાએ દલિત યુવક અને તેના પરિવારના સભ્યોને ઢોરમાર મારી લોકઅપમાં પણ પૂરી દીધા હતા. ઘટનાની વિગતો અનુસાર ઉધના વસંત વિહાર સોસાયટીમાં હોળીના સમયે એક યુવકને ત્રણ વિધર્મી યુવકોએ માર માર્યો હતો. જેમાં બન્ને કોમ વચ્ચે ઘર્ષણ થયું હતું. બુધવારે રાત્રે ફરી જે યુવકોનો ઝગડો થયો હતો તેઓ ભેગા થઈ જતા બન્ને વચ્ચે ફરીથી તકરાર થઈ હતી. આ તકરારે ઉગ્ર સ્વરૂપ ધારણ કરતા બે કોમના ટોળા સામ સામે આવી ગયા હતા. સામ સામે આવી ગયેલા બન્ને કોમના લોકો હાથમાં જે વસ્તુ આવે તેનાથી એક બીજા પર હુમલો કરી દુકાનોના શટરોની પણ તોડફોડ કરતા હતા.
