चिंकारा शिकार मामले में सलमान खान की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं। दरअसल इस मामले में सलमान खान को बरी किए जाने के हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ राजस्थान सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है। जोधपुर हाईकोर्ट ने सलमान खान को इस साल 25 जुलाई को चिंकारा शिकार मामले में सबूतों के अभाव के चलते बरी कर दिया था। हालांकि, राज्य सरकार की तरफ से उसी वक्त यह कहा गया था कि हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील की जाएगी। आपको बता दें कि सलमान खान पर 1998 से हिरण शिकार के दो मामले चल रहे थे, जिनमें से पहला मामला था भवाद गांव में दो हिरण के शिकार करने का, जबकि दूसरा मामला मठानिया के घोडा फर्म में एक और हिरण मारने का था। सलमान उस समय जोधपुर में फिल्म 'हम साथ साथ हैं' की शूटिंग कर रहे थे। घोडा फर्म मामले में अदालत ने 10 अप्रैल 2006 को सलमान खान को पांच साल की सजा और 25 हज़ार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया था जबकि भवाद गांव में चिंकारा शिकार मामले में कोर्ट ने एक साल की सज़ा मुकर्रर की थी।

चिंकारा शिकार मामले में बॉलीवुड अभिनेता सलमान खान की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं, क्योंकि राजस्थान सरकार की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सलमान खान को नोटिस जारी किया है. दरअसल राजस्थान सरकार ने हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी.. जिसके बाद अब सुनवाई इस मामले पर सुनवाई के लिए तैयार हो गया है...राजस्थान सरकार ने अपनी याचिका में कहा है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगाकर निचली अदालत के फैसले को लागू करे और सलमान खान को सरेंडर करने का आदेश दे, ताकि वह बाकी की सजा पूरी कर सके...राजस्थान सरकार ने अपनी याचिका में कहा कि सलमान खान के पास घटना के चश्मदीद गवाह जिप्सी ड्राइवर हरीश दुलानी से जिरह करने के पूरे मौके मौजूद थे, लेकिन उन्होंने जानबूझकर ऐसा नहीं किया. अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट, सलमान के खिलाफ दुलानी के बयान को मंजूर करें,,, आपको बता दें कि पहले निचली अदालत ने सलमान खान को सबूतों के आधार पर दोषी ठहराया था लेकिन बाद में राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट की जोधपुर बेंच ने 18 साल पुराने मामले में 25 जुलाई 2016 को सलमान खान को बरी कर दिया था.सलमान के अलावा सैफ अली खान, तबू, सोनाली बेंद्रे और नीलम पर 1998 में फिल्मर हम साथ साथ हैं की शूटिंग के दौरान काले हिरण के शिकार का आरोप लगा था।----
