ബാങ്ക് വായ്പ തട്ടിപ്പിന് ഐ സി ഐ സി ഐ ബാങ്ക് മേധാവിക്കും ഭര്‍ത്താവിനുമെതിരെ കേസെടുത്ത സി.ബി.െഎ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥെന സ്ഥലം മാറ്റി.ബാങ്കിെന്‍റ ചീഫ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടിവ് ഒാഫിസര്‍ ചന്ദ കൊച്ചാര്‍, ഭര്‍ത്താവ് ദീപക് കൊച്ചാര്‍, വിഡിയോകോണ്‍ ഗ്രൂപ് മേധാവി വി.എന്‍. ധൂത് എന്നിവര്‍ക്കെതിരെ കേസെടുത്ത സി.ബി.െഎ സംഘത്തിലെ എസ്.പി സുധാന്‍ഷു ധര്‍ മിശ്രയെ ഝാര്‍ഖണ്ഡിലെ റാഞ്ചിയിലേക്കാണ് സ്ഥം മാറ്റിയത്. സി.ബി.െഎയുടെ ബാങ്കിങ്, ഒാഹരി തട്ടിപ്പ് വിഭാഗത്തില്‍നിന്ന് സാമ്ബത്തിക കുറ്റകൃത്യ വിഭാഗത്തിലേക്കാണ് സ്ഥലം മാറ്റം.കേസ് വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ചോര്‍ത്തിയെന്ന കാരണത്താലാണ് മാറ്റമെന്ന് പറയുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍, ഇതിന് ഒൗദ്യോഗിക സ്ഥിരീകരണമില്ല.ധനമന്ത്രി അരുണ്‍ ജയ്റ്റ്ലി സി.ബി.െഎ അന്വേഷണത്തിെനതിരെ പരസ്യപ്രതികരണവുമായി രംഗത്തുവന്നിരുന്നു. പുതിയ അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ മോഹിത് ഗുപ്ത ചുമതലയേറ്റതിനു പിന്നാലെ വിവിധ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളില്‍ പരിശോധന നടത്തിയതായി സി.ബി.െഎ വൃത്തങ്ങള്‍ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചു. കൊച്ചാറുമാര്‍ക്ക് എതിരായ കേസില്‍ അന്വേഷണ പുരോഗതിയില്ലാതിരുന്നതാണ് സ്ഥലം മാറ്റത്തിന് കാരണമെന്നും സി.ബി.െഎ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങള്‍ പറയുന്നുണ്ട്. എന്നാല്‍ ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച്‌ പ്രസതാവനകള്‍ ഒന്നും പുറത്തിറക്കിയിട്ടില്ല.കൊച്ചാര്‍ ദമ്ബതികളെ കൂടാതെ 2008 മുതല്‍ 2013 വരെ ബാങ്കിെന്‍റ ഉന്നത പദവികള്‍ വഹിച്ചവരുെട പേരുകളും സി.ബി.െഎ കേസില്‍ പരാമര്‍ശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.വായ്പാ സമയത്ത് ചെയര്‍മാനായിരുന്ന കെ.വി. കമ്മത്ത് പിന്നീട് 2015ല്‍ ന്യൂ െഡവലപ്മെന്‍റ് ബാങ്ക് പ്രസിഡന്‍റായി പോയി. അതിനുശേഷം 2018 വരെ ചന്ദ കൊച്ചാര്‍ എം.ഡിയുടെയും സി.ഇ.ഒയുടെയും പദവികള്‍ വഹിച്ചു. ചന്ദ കൊച്ചാര്‍ ബാങ്കിെന്‍റ തട്ടിപ്പുകള്‍ പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സമിതിയിലും അംഗമായിരുന്നു. സ്വന്തം ചുമതല പിയൂഷ് ഗോയലിന് കൈമാറി ലണ്ടനില്‍ ചികിത്സക്കു പോയ ധനമന്ത്രി അരുണ്‍ െജയ്റ്റ്ലി അവിടെയിരുന്നാണ് അന്വേഷണത്തിെന്‍റ പേരില്‍ സി.ബി.െഎയെ വിമര്‍ശിച്ചത്.സി.ബി.െഎ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥേന്‍റത് അന്വേഷണ സാഹസമാണെന്നും എവിടെയുമെത്താത്ത യാത്രയാണെന്നും െജയ്റ്റ്ലി ട്വിറ്ററില്‍ കുറിച്ചത് ധനമന്ത്രിയുടെ ചുമതലയുള്ള കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി പിയൂഷ് ഗോയലും പ്രതിരോധ മന്ത്രി നിര്‍മല സീതാരാമനും റീട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്യുകയുമുണ്ടായി. കേ
