Reports are swirling that 32 year old actress Minka Kelly has a SEX TAPE, which is currently being shopped around to different distribution companies.
The tape, which is 30 minutes long, features Minka with an ex-boyfriend in front of a camera on a tripod.
TMZ is saying that the camera was hooked up to the TV monitor in the room, where Minka and her boyfriend could watch themselves on the big screen—specifically, they're saying 'Minka is very aware of the camera.'
The tricky thing about this tape is that it was shot in 1998 which is the year Minka turned 18.
Those who have seen the tape claim that Minka is seen singing and dancing to two songs from Brandy's Never Say Never album, which was released on June 8, 1998—just 16 days prior to Minka's 18th birthday.
Depending on how all this pans out will determine whether or not Minka was a minor when the tape was made-- which in turn, would make the tape illegal.
