Minka Kelly's sex tape is being shopped to the highest bidder, according to reports this week. Unlike the other sex tapes released of Hollywood stars; this one may come with an added problem. There's some speculation that Kelly was underage when she made this 'semi-professional' sex tape.
According to Mercury News, Kelly reportedly plays right to the camera in many of the scenes in this sex tape. This 'semi-professional' looking sexual romp on film is said to be done by using a stationary camera set up to a TV set. This allows the two people making this movie to see what it looks like while it's being filmed.
A clue that Kelly was probably over 18 at the time comes by way of the background music during this sexual exhibition. The two songs heard come off of Brandi's second album, 'Never Say Never,' which was released only 16 days before Minka's 18th birthday.
While she could have allegedly done this in the two week period that she was 17 and the songs first came out, chances are it was at a later time, taking the law of averages into consideration. Apparently people who have seen the sex video believe the pictures of Minka where taken when she was underage.

Reports are swirling that 32 year old actress Minka Kelly has a SEX TAPE, which is currently being shopped around to different distribution companies.
The tape, which is 30 minutes long, features Minka with an ex-boyfriend in front of a camera on a tripod.
TMZ is saying that the camera was hooked up to the TV monitor in the room, where Minka and her boyfriend could watch themselves on the big screen—specifically, they're saying 'Minka is very aware of the camera.'
The tricky thing about this tape is that it was shot in 1998 which is the year Minka turned 18.
Those who have seen the tape claim that Minka is seen singing and dancing to two songs from Brandy's Never Say Never album, which was released on June 8, 1998—just 16 days prior to Minka's 18th birthday.
Depending on how all this pans out will determine whether or not Minka was a minor when the tape was made-- which in turn, would make the tape illegal.
In other Minka Kelly news, she's set to play Jackie O in the upcoming film The Butler—she'll star alongside James Marsden as JFK, Robin Williams as Dwight Eisenhower, and Jane Fonda as Nancy Reagan.
