According to Mercury News, Kelly reportedly plays right to the camera in many of the scenes in this sex tape. This 'semi-professional' looking sexual romp on film is said to be done by using a stationary camera set up to a TV set. This allows the two people making this movie to see what it looks like while it's being filmed.

A clue that Kelly was probably over 18 at the time comes by way of the background music during this sexual exhibition. The two songs heard come off of Brandi's second album, 'Never Say Never,' which was released only 16 days before Minka's 18th birthday.
While she could have allegedly done this in the two week period that she was 17 and the songs first came out, chances are it was at a later time, taking the law of averages into consideration.
