നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നാലു വര്‍ഷം തികയ്ക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ജനപ്രീതിയില്‍ ഇടിവു സംഭവിക്കുന്നതായി അഭിപ്രായ സര്‍വേ.
സര്‍ക്കാരിലുള്ള ജനപ്രീതിയില്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷത്തേതിനേക്കാള്‍ ഏഴു ശതമാനം ഇടിവുണ്ടായതായാണ് 'ലോക്കല്‍ സര്‍ക്കിള്‍സ്' നടത്തിയ ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ സര്‍വെ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നത്. 2016ല്‍ നടത്തിയ സര്‍വേയില്‍ 64 ശതമാനം പേരാണ് മോദി സര്‍ക്കാരില്‍ സംതൃപ്തി പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നത്. 2018ലെ സര്‍വേയില്‍ ഇത് 57 ശതമാനമായി കുറഞ്ഞു.
എന്‍ഡിഎ ഭരണത്തിനെതിരായ ഭരണവിരുദ്ധ വികാരമാണ് ജനപ്രീതി ഇടിയാന്‍ കാരണമായതെന്നാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നത്.
വര്‍ഗീയതയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളെ നേരിടുന്നതില്‍ മോദി സര്‍ക്കാരിനുണ്ടായ വീഴ്ച ജനപ്രീതി ഇടിയുന്നതിന് പ്രധാന കാരണമായതായി സര്‍വേ പറയുന്നു. കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയിലെ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങള്‍ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതില്‍ മോദി സര്‍ക്കാരിന് കാര്യമായ നേട്ടങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കാനായില്ലെന്ന് സര്‍വേയില്‍ പങ്കെടുത്ത വലിയൊരു വിഭാഗവും കരുതുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ നാലു വര്‍ഷത്തിനിടയില്‍ കര്‍ഷകരുടെ അവസ്ഥയ്ക്ക് പുരോഗതിയൊന്നും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടത് 47 ശതമാനമാണ്.
തൊഴിലില്ലായ്മ പരിഹരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യത്തില്‍ മോദി സര്‍ക്കാരിനെ അഭിനന്ദിക്കുന്നവരുടെ എണ്ണത്തില്‍ വര്‍ധനവുണ്ട്. 11 ശതമാനത്തിന്റെ വര്‍ധനയാണ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത്

National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah has accused the Centre of 'failing to control communalism' in the country and warned that if such incidents continue to take place, India's secular character would get 'destroyed'.
He said communal incidents taking place since the last few years were hurting religious tolerance and religious freedom in the country.
