Former cricketer Sachin Tendulkar’s security cover has been downgraded, while that of Shiv Sena MLA Aaditya Thackeray upgraded to ‘Z’ category after a review was undertaken by a Maharashtra government committee on threat perception to them, an official said on Wednesday.
