The musician has definitely been back on the grind lately hitting up stop after stop on his Believe Tour. And after a Saturday night show in Vegas, a Sunday night show in Denver, Bieber and his team finally hit up Salt Lake City, Utah and following that sold out show, Scooter instagrammed a pic of the two --- taking a minute from the chaos to let fans know just how proud he is of Justin.
