Scooter Braun claims Heartbreaker will change opinions about Justin Bieber. And timing is pretty darn good. The musician has definitely been back on the grind lately hitting up stop after stop on his Believe Tour. And after a Saturday night show in Vegas, a Sunday night show in Denver, Bieber and his team finally hit up Salt Lake City, Utah and following that sold out show, Scooter instagrammed a pic of the two --- taking a minute from the chaos to let fans know just how proud he is of Justin.
