ഈ സംഘടനകളെ സഹായിക്കുന്നവര്‍ 10 വര്‍ഷം വരെ ജയില്‍ശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടി വരുമെന്നും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ മുന്നറിയിപ്പു നല്‍കി. കനത്ത തുക പിഴയീടാക്കുമെന്നും ആവശ്യമെങ്കില്‍ ഇത്തരക്കാരുടെ സ്വത്ത് കണ്ടുകെട്ടുമെന്നും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് രാജ്യവ്യാപകമായി ദിനപത്രങ്ങളില്‍ ശനിയാഴ്ച പാക്ക് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പരസ്യവും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു. സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം നല്‍കുന്നതിന് വിലക്കേര്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയ 72 സംഘടനകളുടെ പട്ടികയും പരസ്യത്തോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
യുഎന്‍ ഭീകരരുടെ പട്ടികയില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള സയീദിനെതിരെ പാക്ക് ഭരണകൂടം നടപടിയെടുക്കണമെന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയും യുഎസും വര്‍ഷങ്ങളായി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുവരികയാണ്.

The organisation has been accused of playing pro-Jihad songs and showing videos of the freedom movement in India's Kashmir. This is not the first time the terror outfit has organised a camp to collect money as 'Kashmir Fund' in the name of helping Kashmiris.

लश्कर-ए-तैयबा प्रमुख हाफिज सईद गृहमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह के बयान से बौखला हुआ है। हाफिज सईद ने कहा कि वह राजनाथ सिंह के उस बयान को ‘युद्ध की घोषणा’ मानता हैं, जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि अगर पाकिस्तान आतंकवाद पर काबू नहीं कर पाता है तो वह दस टुकड़ों में विभाजित हो जाएगा। आपको बता दें कि शहीदी दिवस पर आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में गृहमंत्री ने कहा था कि अगर पाकिस्तान अपनी हरकतों से बाज नहीं आया तो उसके 10 टुकड़े हो जाएंगे। लाहौर में एक रैली को संबोधित करते हुए हाफिज ने कहा कि 'हम राजनाथ के बयान को युद्ध की घोषणा मानते हैं और चुनौती स्वीकार करते हैं। हम नियंत्रण रेखा पर संघर्ष विराम को स्वीकार नहीं करते हैं। 'इसके साथ ही हाफिज सईद ने पाकिस्तानी सरकार को भी चेतावनी दी। उसने कहा है वह भारत के कथित जासूस कुलभूषण को क्लीन चिट देने की गलती न करें। वहीं इससे पहले भी हाफिज सईद ने सरताज अजीज के हार्ट ऑफ एशिया में शामिल होने पर निशाना साधा था और कहा कि हिंदुस्तान जाने की बजाय अजीज को कश्मीर में जारी मानवाधिकार के उल्लंघन का मुद्दा, विश्व समुदाय के समक्ष उठाने में अपना समय खर्च करना चाहिए।
