बिहार के बाहुबली नेता शहाबुद्दीन का रिहाई का मामला अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया. चंद्र केश्वर प्रसाद ने शहाबुद्दीन की ज़मानत रद्द के ख़िलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर दायर की है,,,जिस पर 19 सितंबर को सुनवाई होगी...इससे पहले आज वरिष्ठ वकील प्रशांत भूषण ने भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में शहाबुद्दीन की जमानत रद्द करने की याचिका दायर की है... रिहाई के बाद ही भूषण ने कहा था कि इस तरह के खतरनाक तत्व को जमानत पर रिहा करना ठीक नहीं है. उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे शख्स को बेल दी गई है जिस पर जघन्य अपराधों के मामले हैं...वहीं इस बीच सिवान के पत्रकार राजदेव रंजन की पत्नी की ओर से भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दी गई है. मामले को दिल्ली ट्रांसफर करने और जांच सीबीआई से कराने की मांग उनकी ओर से की गई है. इसके साथ ही शहाबुद्दीन और तेजप्रताप के खिलाफ अभियुक्त को छुपाने के लिए मुकदमा दर्ज करने की गुहार भी लगाई गई है.

एंकर- तो साफ है कि जेडीयू इस मुद्दे पर ढिलाई बरतने के मूड में नहीं है...जेडीयू और आरजेडी के रिश्तों में पहले ही खटास चल रही है,,,ऐसे में अगर जेडीयू सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाती है कि ज़ाहिर है कि दोनों के रिश्ते और खराब हो सकते है।

हाल ही में जमानत पर रिहा हुए बाहुबली और पूर्व आरजेडी सांसद मोहम्मद शहाबुद्दीन को राहत मिली है। होई कोर्ट से शहाबुद्दीन को मिली जमानत पर अंतरिम रोक लगाने पर फिलहाल सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ़ इनकार कर दिया है।..
...दायर याचिका पर शहाबुद्दीन का पक्ष जानने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शहाबुद्दीन को नोटिस किया है और मामले की अगली सुनवाई 26 सितंबर को दी गई है। 11 साल बाद जेल से रिहा हुए शहाबुद्दीन की जमानत रद्द करने के लिए बिहार सरकार और सीवान निवासी चंद्रकेश्वर प्रसाद की ओर से प्रशांत भूषण ने याचिका दायर की थी। दाखिल याचिका में हाईकोर्ट की ओर से दी गई जमानत को कानून का मज़ाक बताया है, क्योंकि हत्या के मामले में अभी तक गवाहों के बयान भी दर्ज नहीं हुए हैं। साथ ही हाईकोर्ट ने इस तथ्य को भी अनदेखा कर दिया कि शहाबुद्दीन पर 13 मई 2016 को सिवान में पत्रकार राजदेव रंजन की हत्या का भी आरोप है। हालांकि खुद को कानून और न्यायपालिका का सम्मान करने वाला इंसान बताने वाले शहाबुद्दीन ने कहा कि अगर सुप्रीम कोर्ट उनकी जमानत रद्द करता है, तो वो जेल जाने को तैयार हैं।
