Lucknow: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi, who was on a two-day visit to his parliamentary constituency Amethi, said on Thursday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi believed in concentrating 'complete power in his hands', making a rare direct attack on the Prime Minister's style of functioning.
