Shimla (Himachal) : The court's decision has come today on the case challenging the appointment of CPS by BJP MLA Satpal Satti. Satpal Sati had filed a petition in the Himachal Pradesh High Court through Additional Advocate General Punjab Haryana Satpal Jain, senior advocate Ankush Das, advocates Virbhadur Verma, Ankit Dhiman, Mukul Sharma and Rakesh Sharma. Talking to the media about the decision, Virbhadur Verma said that the application for decision in the Himachal Pradesh High Court was moved by the present government on the merits and maintainability of this petition. The decision has come in our favor in this case, the government's application has been rejected.
