Solan. This time the rains during the rainy season in Himachal Pradesh have left thousands of people homeless, now the state government has announced a special relief package. In Solan district also, under the special relief package announced by the state government for the disaster, 1196 houses will be given help to build houses. In district Solan, there are 642 pucca houses, 554 kutcha houses and 352 cow sheds which have been damaged. Of these, there are 413 completely damaged kutcha and pucca houses which will be given Rs 7 lakh under the government's special relief package, while there are 783 partially affected houses which will be provided an assistance amount of Rs 1 lakh.
