Dhokla is a quick, healthy tasty snack that you can make at home in 3 minutes. Here I show you 2 ways to make it.

Ingredients/ Method

1 cup chickpea flour
1.5 tsp Eno (Fruit Salt) or substitute with baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup yogurt
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
3/4 cup water

For tempering
2 tbsp oil
5-6 curry leaves
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 crushed red chilli
Decorate with coconut and coriander/ Cilantro leaves

Method: Mix all ingredients to make batter and then steam it until done. Steamer on the stove top takes roughly 20 mins while in a microwave steamer you can make it in 3 mins. the one i used in the video is idli maker and prepares dhokla in about 3 mins.
