പ്രളയത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ചില ജില്ലകളില്‍ എലിപ്പനി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് ചികിത്സാ പ്രോട്ടോകോള്‍ പുറത്തിറക്കി.
