చాలీచాలని వేతనాలతో విధులు నిర్వహిస్తున్న ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలను ప్రభుత్వం తక్షణమే పరిష్కరించాలని రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశంలో పలువురు వక్తలు డిమాండ్ చేశారు. సోమాజిగూడ ప్రెస్ క్లబ్ లో తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర అవుట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగుల కమిటీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో అవుట్ సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలపై రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశాన్ని నిర్వహించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ముఖ్య అతిథులుగా మల్కాజ్గిరి ఎంపీ ఈటెల రాజేందర్, రాజ్యసభ సభ్యులు ఆర్ కృష్ణయ్య హాజరై మాట్లాడారు. ప్రైవేట్ సంస్థల్లో పనిచేసే కార్మికుల కంటే బాధ్యతాయుతంగా ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలలో ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులు పనిచేస్తున్నారని అన్నారు. నిత్యం పని ఒత్తిడి తక్కువ వేతనాలతో సతమతమవుతున్న వారిని ఆదుకోవాల్సిన బాధ్యత ప్రభుత్వాన్ని దని అన్నారు. మానవతా దృక్పథం కలిగిన ప్రభుత్వం వస్తే తమకు న్యాయం జరుగుతుందని ఏళ్ల తరబడి ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులు నిరీక్షిస్తున్నారని అన్నారు. అలాంటి వారి సమస్యపై ప్రభుత్వం తక్షణమే దృష్టి సారించి పరిష్కరించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. ఉద్యోగం నియామక ప్రక్రియ సమయంలో అవుట్సోర్సింగ్ పద్ధతిగా పనిచేస్తున్న వారికి అవకాశం కల్పించాలని కోరారు.

నాణ్యమైన విద్యను అందించినప్పుడే సమాజం అన్ని రంగాలలో అభివృద్ధి చెందుతుందని రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశంలో వక్తలు ఉద్ఘాటించారు. సోమాజిగూడ ప్రెస్ క్లబ్ లో జవహర్ బాల్ మంచ్ (జె బి ఎం) ఆధ్వర్యంలో తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్న విద్యా మిషన్ పై రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. జె బి ఎం చైర్మన్ మామిడి రిషికేశ్ రెడ్డి అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశానికి ముఖ్య అతిథులుగా రాష్ట్ర ఫైనాన్స్ కమిషన్ చైర్మన్ సిరిసిల్ల రాజయ్య, ఎం వి ఫౌండేషన్ జాతీయ కన్వీనర్ వెంకట్ రెడ్డి, రాష్ట్ర ఓబిసి సెల్ కార్పొరేషన్ చైర్మన్ నూతి శ్రీకాంత్ గౌడ్, క్రాంతి తదితరులు హాజరై ప్రసంగించారు. ఏ దేశమైనా అభివృద్ధి పథంలో దూసుకుపోవాలంటే ఆ దేశ విద్యా వ్యవస్థ పటిష్టంగా ఉండాలని అన్నారు. ఆర్థికంగా ఎంత అభివృద్ధి సాధించినా విద్యావంతులైన మానవ వనరులు లేకపోతే అభివృద్ధి అసాధ్యం అన్నారు. అత్యధిక యువత కలిగిన దేశాన్ని పటిష్టమైన దేశంగా మార్చాలంటే విద్యతోనే సాధ్యమని అన్నారు. అలాంటి విద్యారంగాన్ని గత పాలకులు నిర్లక్ష్యం చేస్తూ రావడంతో విద్యా వ్యవస్థ కుంటుపడిందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ప్రస్తుత ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వ విద్యను పటిష్టం చేసే లక్ష్యంతో తీసుకొస్తున్న విద్యా మిషన్ కు ఇలాంటి సమావేశాలు ఎంతగానో దోహదపడతాయని అన్నారు. విద్యారంగంపై లోతైన అధ్యయనం చేయడంతో పాటు ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధ్యక్షతన సమగ్ర సమీక్ష నిర్వహించాలని అన్నారు. విద్యా రంగానికి అధిక నిధులు కేటాయిస్తూ క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో అమలుపై దృష్టి సారించాలని సూచించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా పలువురు భక్తులు పలు ఈ సందర్భంగా పలువురు వక్తలు ప్రభుత్వానికి పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
