Hamirpur (Himachal) : The outsourced employees of Forestry College Neri of Hamirpur district have submitted a memorandum to the Dean of the college regarding their demands. 140 employees have been serving in Neri College on outsourced basis for years. Last week, the college administration issued an order and decided to lay off some of them and send them on forced leave and also cut their salaries. చాలీచాలని వేతనాలతో విధులు నిర్వహిస్తున్న ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలను ప్రభుత్వం తక్షణమే పరిష్కరించాలని రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశంలో పలువురు వక్తలు డిమాండ్ చేశారు. సోమాజిగూడ ప్రెస్ క్లబ్ లో తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర అవుట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగుల కమిటీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో అవుట్ సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలపై రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశాన్ని నిర్వహించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ముఖ్య అతిథులుగా మల్కాజ్గిరి ఎంపీ ఈటెల రాజేందర్, రాజ్యసభ సభ్యులు ఆర్ కృష్ణయ్య హాజరై మాట్లాడారు. ప్రైవేట్ సంస్థల్లో పనిచేసే కార్మికుల కంటే బాధ్యతాయుతంగా ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలలో ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులు పనిచేస్తున్నారని అన్నారు. నిత్యం పని ఒత్తిడి తక్కువ వేతనాలతో సతమతమవుతున్న వారిని ఆదుకోవాల్సిన బాధ్యత ప్రభుత్వాన్ని దని అన్నారు. మానవతా దృక్పథం కలిగిన ప్రభుత్వం వస్తే తమకు న్యాయం జరుగుతుందని ఏళ్ల తరబడి ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులు నిరీక్షిస్తున్నారని అన్నారు. అలాంటి వారి సమస్యపై ప్రభుత్వం తక్షణమే దృష్టి సారించి పరిష్కరించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. ఉద్యోగం నియామక ప్రక్రియ సమయంలో అవుట్సోర్సింగ్ పద్ధతిగా పనిచేస్తున్న వారికి అవకాశం కల్పించాలని కోరారు.
