Lampu isyarat berwarna kuning hanya boleh dipasang pada kendaraan bermotor :
a. Untuk membangun, merawat, atau membersihkan fasilitas umum.
b. Untuk menderek kendaraan.
c. Untuk pengangkut bahan berbahaya dan beracun, limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun, peti kemas dan alat berat.
d. Yang mempunyai ukuran lebih dari ukuran maksimum yang diperbolehkan untuk dioperasikan di jalan.
e. Milik instansi pemerintah yang dipergunakan rangka keamanan barang yang diangkut.
