Jennifer Lopez will be joining Antonio Banderas and Martin Sheen in 'The 33'This will be Lopez's first big screen acting job since starring in this year's action thriller, 'Parker,' which also starred Jason Statham.THR is reporting that the drama will be produced by Black Swan and Shutter Island producer, Mike Medavoy, and the movie will be based on the true story of the 33 Chilean miners who were trapped about a half a mile below earth's surface, for 69 days, in San Jose back in 2010. People from around the world watched the remarkable rescue unfold on television. And according to moviefone, the actual miners are contributing to the script, giving details about what happened during the entire ordeal, including the first 17 days they were trapped without any contact.Antonio Banderas will be playing miner, Mario Sepulveda, who was the second miner to be rescued who became the 'breakout' media star of the group because of his charisma. Martin Sheen will play one of the miner's fathers, and Brazillian actor Rodrigo Santoro will be playing the role of one of the other trapped minors.
