Deadline is reporting, my friends, that the infamous Grumpy Cat, the feline that went viral through a series of meme's, will be sourpussing it's way to the big screen. Now some of you may think this is a bit ridiculous, and you may very well be right, but need I remind you that something similar to this HAS actually worked before in Hollywood? Remember Garfield, yeah...he was a grumpy cat and awesome... so maybe this could work? Grumpy cat's representation, Ben Lashes and rep Al Hassas, has teamed up with Broken Road's Todd Garner and Sean Robins, to make a comedy that will actually be produced in the vein similar to Garfield, where Tardar Sauce (that's Grumpy Cat's real name) will have the ability to actually speak.
Yes, you heard me correctly, fellow struggling actor friends who still dont have representation, Grumpy Cat has a manager. And to top it off, her resume is probably better thans yours too.
