Kristen Bell and her fiance Dax Shepard got a chance to work together recently on Shepard's film 'Hit & Run' and not only did the couple enjoy the experience of being together on set every day, Bell also admitted she found Shepard to be cute as the film's director.
The couple hit the red carpet premiere of the film earlier this month and got cozy with each other during interviews. The two admitted they even gross themselves out with how loving they can be.
'We get that way sometimes. We're in public just nuzzling up and then we're like eww,' Bell told OnTheRedCarpet.com.
The couple, who became engaged in 2010 and have been dating for five years, star in 'Hit & Run' as a couple on the run. Shepard plays a former getaway driver named Charlie Bronson who jeopardizes his Witness Protection Plan identity in order to help his girlfriend (Bell) get to Los Angeles. A U.S. Marshal and Charlie's former gang chase them on the road.
While the two noted there is 'geriatric nudity' in the movie, Bell said she adored Shepard as a director.

The plot revolves around former getaway driver Charlie Bronson (Dax Shepard), who busts out of the Witness Protection Program to drive his girlfriend (Kristen Bell) to Los Angeles so she can land her dream job. Their road trip becomes increasingly complicated and dangerous when they are chased by the feds (led by Tom Arnold) and later Charlie's former gang of criminals (led by Bradley Cooper). During a joint interview on Larry King Now August 21, the engaged Hit and Run costars once again took a stand for the gay couples who are being denied the right to marry in California.
'Once it's official and everybody stops appealing it the minute before it passes, we'll get married,' Bell, 32, told host Larry King, 78. Dating since 2007, Parenthood star Shepard popped the question in January 2010.
'I'll feel more comfortable having a party -- or whatever we have, if anything -- if half of our friends who are homosexuals [can celebrate],' Bell explained. 'It's just kind of rude to invite everyone to a party for a rite not everyone can hold.'
King then asked the couple if they plan to have kids, to which both stars emphatically replied, 'Yes!'
'We'll have them out of wedlock,' Shepard, 37, told the former CNN journalist. 'We're not worried about that.'
'It doesn't really bother us,' Bell echoed.

Pardon the clichés for a minute. I can’t help myself. Dax Shepard’s “Hit & Run” doesn’t just lose the drag race. It doesn’t just blow a flat tire or run out of gas. Think of all the Shalit-esque puns you can about a disastrous experience in a car and apply them to this lurching mess of five or six movies that aspires to be Tarantino-esque but completely misses its mark.
