Govardhan Puja also known as ‘Annakoot Puja’ is a Hindu festival dedicated to worshipping Lord Krishna. A devotee said, “Govardhan Puja commemorates the day when Lord Krishna lifted the Govardhan hill to prevent Indra, the rain god, from causing havoc by showering heavy rain on the devotees.”

Govardhan Puja 2019:- क्यों करते है हम गोवर्धन की पूजा,जानिए पूरी विधि | Annakut Govardhan Puja मथुरा से लगभग 22 किमी दूर स्थित है गोवर्धन धाम वही पर विराजमान है गोवर्धन पर्वत जोकी 10 कि मी ऐरिये में फैला हुआ है गोवगोवर्धन पर्वत का रहस्य हजारो सालों पुराना है जिसका इतिहास श्री कृष्ण से जुडा हुआ है । यह वही पवित्र गोवर्धन पर्वत है, जिसपर भगवान श्री कृष्ण के चरण पड़े थे । जिसे लेकर कहा जाता है । पहले ये 30,000 मीटर ऊचा हुआ करता था लेकिन अब यह सिर्फ 30 फिट ऊचा ही रह गया है जिसके पीछे की वजह पूलत रिशी के श्राप को बताया जाता है । गिरिराज जी को ये श्राप क्यों मिला और कैसे मिला ईसके पीछे भी एक कहानी है जिसे जानने के लिए नवतेज टीवी की टीम ने वहाँ जाकर कुछ स्थानिय पंडितों और जानकार लोगो से खास बातचीत की । तो चलिए आपको भी बताते है ये रहस्य जिसे आप शायद ही जानते होंगे
