സുപ്രീംകോടതിയിലേക്ക് ദേവസ്വം കമ്മീഷണറെ അയക്കുന്നതിന് മുന്‍പ് കൃത്യമായ നിര്‍ദേശം നല്‍കാതിരുന്നത് ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡ് പ്രസിഡന്‍ിന്റെ വീഴ്ചയായാണ് സി.പി.എം നേതൃത്വം കാണുന്നത്. മൂന്ന് പേര്‍ കേസ് നടത്തിപ്പിനായി സുപ്രീംകോടതിയില്‍ പോയിട്ടും തന്നെ മാത്രം തിരഞ്ഞ് പിടിച്ച് ആക്രമിച്ചെന്ന പരാതി ദേവസ്വം കമ്മീഷണർ എന്‍ വാസു പാര്‍ട്ടി നേതൃത്വത്തെ അറിച്ചതോടെയാണ് പത്മകുമാറിനെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കണമെന്ന് നിര്‍ദേശം പാര്‍ട്ടിക്കുള്ളില്‍ ഉയര്‍ന്നത്.

దేశంలో పెరుగుతున్న ఆర్థిక అసమానతులను తగ్గించే చర్యలు మరిచారన్నారు.
