4. लापरवाही एक बार फिर से मानव जीवन पर भारी पड़ गई. हिमाचल प्रदेश के नूरपुर में जिस बस दुर्घटना में 27 लोगों की जान चली गई, उसके लिए स्थानीय प्रशासन और स्कूल प्रशासन दोनों की लापरवाही जिम्मेदार है. दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हुई स्कूल बस को 67 साल का सेवानिवृत्त सेना का कर्मचारी चला रहा था. स्थानीय लोगों के मुताबिक वह दिल का मरीज था और उसे पहले भी दो बार दिल का दौरा पड़ चुका था. स्थानीय लोगों के मुताबिक बस की हालत भी खस्ता थी और स्कूल प्रशासन पैसा बचाने के लिए खटारा बस में ही बच्चों को घर छोड़ता और लाता था.

2. हैदराबाद में फिर एक बार प्रशासन की लापरवाही के कारन 10 साल की मासूम बच्ची की मौत की घटना सामने आयी है. मरने वाली बच्ची का नाम रुकसार है और हैदराबाद के मल्लेपाली स्थित जवाहर नगर की रहने वाली थी. जानकरी के अनुसार 10 साल की मासूम रुकसार को दमा की बीमारी थी जिसके लिए डॉक्टर ने उसे प्रतिदिन निपोलैजर लगाने की हिदत दी थी.

जनपद संभल के हयातनगर क्षेत्र स्थित मौहल्ला भूड़ा में बीती रात ट्रांसफार्मर से निकली चिंगारियों के कारण तारों में भीषण आग लग गई। आग लगने की भनक जैसे ही मौहल्लेवासियों को लगी और उन्होंने बाहर निकलकर देखा तब तक आग विकराल रूप धारण कर चुकी थी। तारों से निकली भयंकर आग की चपेट में स्थानीय लोगों की गाड़ियां भी आ गई। देखते ही देखते गाड़ियां भी धू-धू कर जली और जलकर राख हो गई। स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि बिजली विभाग की लापरवाही के कारण यह हादसा हुआ है जिसमें स्थानीय लेागों का लगभग 25 से 30 लाख रूप्ये का नुकसान हो गया। स्थानीय लोगो के अनुसार बिजली के दोनों ट्रांसफार्मर लोड नही उठा पा रहे थे इन्ही ट्रांसफार्मरों से देहात को भी सप्लाई दी जा रही थी। लोगों द्वारा कई बार बिजली विभाग से इस मामले में शिकायत भी की जा चुकी है लेकिन विभाग द्वारा इस ओर कोई ध्यान नही दिया जाता। पीड़ित लोगों ने अपने नुकसान के बदले बिजली विभाग से मुआवज़े की मांग की है।
