ചാലക്കുടി ഡിവൈന്‍ ധ്യാനകേന്ദ്രത്തില്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധിത മതപരിവര്‍ത്തനം നടക്കുന്നെന്ന ആരോപണവുമായി മുന്‍ ജീവനക്കാരിയും കുടുംബവും രംഗത്ത്. ധ്യാനകേന്ദ്രത്തിലെ വൈദീകര്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധിത മതപരിവര്‍ത്തനത്തിന് ശ്രമം നടത്തുകയാണെന്നും ഇതാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ഗുണ്ടകളുടെയും പോലീസിന്റെയും സഹായത്തോടെ ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തുകയുമാണെന്നാണ് ചാലക്കുടി മേലൂര്‍ ശ്രീറാം വീട്ടില്‍ ഡി. സതിമണി ഡി.ജി.പി അടക്കമുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കിയ പരാതിയിലുള്ളത്. ധ്യാനകേന്ദ്രത്തിലെ വൈദീകരുടെ ഇംഗിതത്തിന് വഴങ്ങാത്തവരെ പീഡിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ പ്രത്യേക മുറികളുണ്ടെന്നും, ഇവിടെ മനുഷ്യക്കടത്ത് നടത്തുന്നതായും ക്രിമിനലുകളെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും പരാതിയിലുണ്ട്. സ്ത്രികളെ വൈദികരുടെ അറിവോടെ വി.വി.ഐ.പികള്‍ക്ക് കൈമാറാനുണ്ടെന്നും ഇവര്‍ പരാതിയില്‍ പറയുന്നു. 2004-ലാണ് സതിമണിയും കുടുംബവും ഡിവൈന്‍ ധ്യാനകേന്ദ്രത്തില്‍ ശുശ്രൂഷയ്ക്കായി എത്തുന്നത്വീടും സ്ഥലവും നല്‍കാമെന്ന ധ്യാനകേന്ദ്ര അധികൃതരുടെ വാഗ്ദാനത്തില്‍ വിശ്വസിച്ചാണ് ഇവര്‍ ഇവിടെയെത്തിയത്. പിന്നീടാണ് മതം മാറിയാല്‍ മാത്രമേ വീടും സ്ഥലവും സ്വന്തമായി നല്‍കാനാകൂ എന്ന നിലപാട് ധ്യാനകേന്ദ്രം അധികൃതര്‍ സ്വീകരിച്ചത്. മറ്റുള്ളവരൊക്കെ മതം മാറിയിട്ടും സതിമണിയും കുടുംബവും അതിന് തയ്യാറായില്ല. ഡിവൈന്റെ നിര്‍ബന്ധിത മതപരിവര്‍ത്തനത്തിന് വിധേയമാകാത്തതിന്റെ പേരില്‍ ധ്യാനകേന്ദ്രത്തിലെ ഫാ.ജാന്‍സണ്‍ കൊരട്ടി എസ്.ഐയുമായെത്തി ഇവരെ ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തിയെന്നും ഇവര്‍ പറയുന്നു. ഇതിന് പുറമേ മറ്റ് ഗുരുതരമായ ആരോപണങ്ങളും സതിമണി ധ്യാനകേന്ദ്രത്തിനെതിരെ ഉന്നയിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
പരാതികള്‍ പല ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്കും മാറിമാറി നല്‍കിയിട്ടും നടപടികള്‍ ഒന്നുമില്ലെന്നും ഇവര്‍ ആരോപിച്ചു.

The Centre has told the Delhi High Court that social messaging platform WhatsApp was trying to 'force' its users to consent to the new privacy policy before the Personal Data Protection Bill becomes the law by bombarding them with notifications daily to obtain their consent. Terming WhatsApp's bombarding of notifications on its customers as an 'anti-user practice' for obtaining 'trick consent', the central government has urged the court to direct the messaging platform to desist from pushing notifications onto its existing users with regard to the new privacy policy.
