നടയടച്ച വിഷയത്തില്‍ തന്ത്രി കണ്ഠര് രാജീവരോട് ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡ് വിശദീകരണം തേടും. ബോര്‍ഡിനോട് കൂടിയാലോചനകള്‍ നടക്കാതെ നടയടച്ചത് ഗുരുതര പിഴവാണെന്ന് വിഷയത്തില്‍ ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡിന്റെ നിലപാട്.
സുപ്രീം കോടതി വിധിക്കെതിരായ സമീപനമാണ് തന്ത്രി സ്വീകരിച്ചത് എന്നും ബോര്‍ഡ് ആരോപിക്കുന്നു .വിശദീകരണം നല്‍കാന്‍ തന്ത്രിക്ക് നിശ്ചിത സമയം നല്‍കും. വിശദീകരണം തൃപ്തികരമല്ലെങ്കില്‍ യോഗം ചേര്‍ന്ന് ശക്തമായ നടപടി കൈക്കൊള്ളാനാണ് ബോര്‍ഡ് തീരുമാനം. ഇത് എന്ത് നടപടിയായിരിക്കും എന്ന കാര്യം വ്യക്തമല്ല. ദേവസ്വം മാന്വലില്‍ ഇക്കാര്യം കൃത്യമായി പറയുന്നില്ല.എന്നാല്‍ ശുദ്ധിക്രിയ അടക്കമുള്ള പരിഹാര ക്രിയകള്‍ ചെയ്യാന്‍ തന്ത്രിക്ക് അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്ന് തന്നെയാണ് ബോര്‍ഡ് നിലപാട്.ബോര്‍ഡിനോട് ചോദിക്കാതെ നടയടച്ചു എന്ന വിഷയത്തില്‍ മാത്രമാണ് വിശദീകരണം ചോദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം യുവതീ പ്രവേശനം മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചതിന് പിന്നാലെ തന്ത്രിയെ ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് എ പത്മകുമാര്‍ ഫോണില്‍ വിളിച്ചിരുന്നു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് താന്‍ നടയടക്കാന്‍ പോവുകയാണ് എന്ന വിവരം പത്മകുമാറിനോട് തന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ മറ്റ് ബോര്‍ഡ് അംഗങ്ങളോട് ഇക്കാര്യം സംസാരിച്ച ശേഷം തീരുമാനിക്കാം എന്നായിരുന്നു പത്മകുമാറിന്റെ നിലപാട്. എന്നാല്‍ തന്ത്രി ഇതിന് കാത്തുനില്‍ക്കാതെ നടയടക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
നേരത്തെ തുലാമാസ പൂജ സമയത്ത് യുവതികള്‍ പ്രവേശിച്ചാല്‍ നടയടക്കുമെന്ന്‌ തന്ത്രി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരുന്നു.
ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ തന്ത്രി അഭിപ്രായം ചോദിച്ചിരുന്നുവെന്ന്‌ ബി.ജെ.പി സംസ്ഥാന പ്രസിഡന്റ് ശ്രീധരന്‍പിള്ള വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. ഇതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്നും തന്ത്രിയോട് ബോര്‍ഡ് വിശദീകരണം തേടിയിരുന്നു. അന്ന് വിശദീകരണം തൃപ്തികരമായിരുന്നതിനാല്‍ നടപടികള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.
ശബരിമലയിൽ യുവതീപ്രവേശത്തിന് പിന്നാലെ നടയടച്ചു ശുദ്ധിക്രിയ നടത്തിയ തന്ത്രിയുടെ നടപടി ഇന്നു സുപ്രീംകോടതിക്കു മുന്നിൽ.

സുപ്രീം കോടതി വിധിക്കെതിരായ സമീപനമാണ് തന്ത്രി സ്വീകരിച്ചത് എന്നും ബോര്‍ഡ് ആരോപിക്കുന്നു .വിശദീകരണം നല്‍കാന്‍ തന്ത്രിക്ക് നിശ്ചിത സമയം നല്‍കും. വിശദീകരണം തൃപ്തികരമല്ലെങ്കില്‍ യോഗം ചേര്‍ന്ന് ശക്തമായ നടപടി കൈക്കൊള്ളാനാണ് ബോര്‍ഡ് തീരുമാനം. ഇത് എന്ത് നടപടിയായിരിക്കും എന്ന കാര്യം വ്യക്തമല്ല. ദേവസ്വം മാന്വലില്‍ ഇക്കാര്യം കൃത്യമായി പറയുന്നില്ല.എന്നാല്‍ ശുദ്ധിക്രിയ അടക്കമുള്ള പരിഹാര ക്രിയകള്‍ ചെയ്യാന്‍ തന്ത്രിക്ക് അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്ന് തന്നെയാണ് ബോര്‍ഡ് നിലപാട്.ബോര്‍ഡിനോട് ചോദിക്കാതെ നടയടച്ചു എന്ന വിഷയത്തില്‍ മാത്രമാണ് വിശദീകരണം ചോദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.

general secretary Sitaram Yechury on Wednesday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for criticising the party-led government in Kerala over the Sabarimala row and claimed his statements amounted to 'contempt of court'.
Addressing a gathering of BJP workers in Kollam on Tuesday, PM Modi had said the conduct of Kerala's CPM-led LDF government on the Sabarimala issue would go down in the history as one of the 'most shameful behaviours by any party and government'.
PM Modi had also said the Congress and Communists were talking about gender justice in the Sabarimala issue but their actions were 'just opposite'.

ശബരിമല തന്ത്രി കണ്ഠരര് രാജീവര് തന്നെ വിളിച്ചുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് താന്‍ പിന്തുണ നല്‍കിയതായും പറയുന്ന ഭാഗം അതേപടി ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ പരാമര്‍ശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
പ്രസംഗം സമാധാന അന്തരീക്ഷം തകര്‍ക്കുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള ഇടപെടലാണെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ശിക്ഷാ നിയമം 505(1)ബി പ്രകാരം കോഴിക്കോട് കസബ പോലീസ് കേസെടുത്തിരുന്നു. ഇതിനെതിരെ തനിക്കെതിരെ ചുമത്തിയ കുറ്റം നിലനില്‍ക്കുന്നതല്ലെന്ന് സമര്‍ത്ഥിക്കാനാണ് അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ കൂടിയായ ശ്രീധരന്‍ പിള്ള ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ നല്‍കിയ ഹര്‍ജിക്കൊപ്പം പ്രസംഗത്തിന്റെ കൈയെഴുത്തുപ്രതിയും സി.ഡിയും ഹാജരാക്കിയത്.
