ശബരിമലയില്‍ യുവതി പ്രവേശിച്ചാല്‍ നടയടയ്ക്കുമെന്ന തന്ത്രിയുടെ നിലപാട് ബിജെപിയുടെ പിന്തുണയോടെയെന്ന് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തല്‍. തുലാമാസ പൂജാ സമയത്ത് യുവതികള്‍ സന്നിധാനത്തിന് അടുത്ത് എത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ തന്ത്രി വിളിച്ചിരുന്നുവെന്നും നടയടച്ചാല്‍ കോടതി അലക്ഷ്യമാവില്ലേയെന്ന് ചോദിച്ചെന്നും ബിജെപി സംസ്ഥാന അധ്യക്ഷന്‍ പിഎസ് ശ്രീധരന്‍പിള്ള വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി. നടയടയ്ക്കുമെന്ന ശബരിമല തന്ത്രി കണ്ഠരര് രാജീവരുടെ നിലപാടിന് ആയിരങ്ങള്‍ പിന്തുണയുണ്ടാവുമെന്ന തന്റെ ഉറപ്പിന്റെ പിന്‍ബലത്തിലായിരുന്നു തന്ത്രി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചതെന്നും യുവമോര്‍ച്ചയുടെ സമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ ശ്രീധരന്‍പിള്ള പറഞ്ഞു. നമ്മള്‍ മുന്നോട്ട് വച്ച അ‍‍ജന്‍ഡയില്‍ എല്ലാവരും വീണുവെന്നും കൃത്യമായ ആസൂത്രണത്തോടെയുള്ള ബിജെപി പ്ലാനാണ് ശബരിമല പ്രതിഷേധത്തില്‍ നടന്നത്. . ബിജെപിക്ക് കേരളത്തില്‍ സജീവമാകാനുള്ള സുവര്‍ണാവസരമാണ് ഇതെന്നും ശ്രീധരന്‍പിള്ള പറഞ്ഞു.
ബിജെപി ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്ത സമരമാണ് നടന്നതെന്ന് വിശദമാക്കുന്നതാണ് ശ്രീധരന്‍പിള്ളയുടെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തല്‍. പൊലീസിനെ മുട്ടുകുത്തിച്ചത് തന്ത്രിയുടെ നടയടയ്ക്കുമെന്ന നിലപാടായിരുന്നെന്നും ശ്രീധരന്‍പിള്ള വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു. വിശ്വാസികളാണ് സമരം നടത്തിയതെന്ന വാദം പൊളിക്കുന്നതാണ് ശ്രീധരന്‍ പിള്ളയുടെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തല്‍.

കോഴിക്കോട് നടത്തിയ പ്രസംഗത്തില്‍ തന്ത്രി തന്നെ വിളിച്ചുവെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത് വിവാദമായിരുന്നു. ഇതോടെ ശനിയാഴ്ച ഈ നിലപാട് മാറ്റുകയായിരുന്നു . അതിനിടെയാണ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ പ്രസംഗത്തിന്റെ സി.ഡി.ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ നല്‍കിയ ഹര്‍ജിയുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങള്‍ പുറത്തുവന്നത്.ഇതില്‍ തന്ത്രി വിളിച്ചുവെന്ന അദ്ദേഹം സമ്മതിച്ചു .
ശബരിമല തന്ത്രി കണ്ഠരര് രാജീവര് തന്നെ വിളിച്ചുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് താന്‍ പിന്തുണ നല്‍കിയതായും പറയുന്ന ഭാഗം അതേപടി ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ പരാമര്‍ശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
പ്രസംഗം സമാധാന അന്തരീക്ഷം തകര്‍ക്കുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള ഇടപെടലാണെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ശിക്ഷാ നിയമം 505(1)ബി പ്രകാരം കോഴിക്കോട് കസബ പോലീസ് കേസെടുത്തിരുന്നു. ഇതിനെതിരെ തനിക്കെതിരെ ചുമത്തിയ കുറ്റം നിലനില്‍ക്കുന്നതല്ലെന്ന് സമര്‍ത്ഥിക്കാനാണ് അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ കൂടിയായ ശ്രീധരന്‍ പിള്ള ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ നല്‍കിയ ഹര്‍ജിക്കൊപ്പം പ്രസംഗത്തിന്റെ കൈയെഴുത്തുപ്രതിയും സി.ഡിയും ഹാജരാക്കിയത്.
ശ്രീധരന്‍പിള്ളയുടെ ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിനോട് കോടതി വിശദീകരണം തേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കേസ് ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച വീണ്ടും പരിഗണിക്കും.

നടയടച്ച വിഷയത്തില്‍ തന്ത്രി കണ്ഠര് രാജീവരോട് ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡ് വിശദീകരണം തേടും. ബോര്‍ഡിനോട് കൂടിയാലോചനകള്‍ നടക്കാതെ നടയടച്ചത് ഗുരുതര പിഴവാണെന്ന് വിഷയത്തില്‍ ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡിന്റെ നിലപാട്.
സുപ്രീം കോടതി വിധിക്കെതിരായ സമീപനമാണ് തന്ത്രി സ്വീകരിച്ചത് എന്നും ബോര്‍ഡ് ആരോപിക്കുന്നു .വിശദീകരണം നല്‍കാന്‍ തന്ത്രിക്ക് നിശ്ചിത സമയം നല്‍കും. വിശദീകരണം തൃപ്തികരമല്ലെങ്കില്‍ യോഗം ചേര്‍ന്ന് ശക്തമായ നടപടി കൈക്കൊള്ളാനാണ് ബോര്‍ഡ് തീരുമാനം. ഇത് എന്ത് നടപടിയായിരിക്കും എന്ന കാര്യം വ്യക്തമല്ല. ദേവസ്വം മാന്വലില്‍ ഇക്കാര്യം കൃത്യമായി പറയുന്നില്ല.എന്നാല്‍ ശുദ്ധിക്രിയ അടക്കമുള്ള പരിഹാര ക്രിയകള്‍ ചെയ്യാന്‍ തന്ത്രിക്ക് അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്ന് തന്നെയാണ് ബോര്‍ഡ് നിലപാട്.ബോര്‍ഡിനോട് ചോദിക്കാതെ നടയടച്ചു എന്ന വിഷയത്തില്‍ മാത്രമാണ് വിശദീകരണം ചോദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം യുവതീ പ്രവേശനം മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചതിന് പിന്നാലെ തന്ത്രിയെ ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് എ പത്മകുമാര്‍ ഫോണില്‍ വിളിച്ചിരുന്നു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് താന്‍ നടയടക്കാന്‍ പോവുകയാണ് എന്ന വിവരം പത്മകുമാറിനോട് തന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ മറ്റ് ബോര്‍ഡ് അംഗങ്ങളോട് ഇക്കാര്യം സംസാരിച്ച ശേഷം തീരുമാനിക്കാം എന്നായിരുന്നു പത്മകുമാറിന്റെ നിലപാട്. എന്നാല്‍ തന്ത്രി ഇതിന് കാത്തുനില്‍ക്കാതെ നടയടക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
നേരത്തെ തുലാമാസ പൂജ സമയത്ത് യുവതികള്‍ പ്രവേശിച്ചാല്‍ നടയടക്കുമെന്ന്‌ തന്ത്രി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരുന്നു.
ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ തന്ത്രി അഭിപ്രായം ചോദിച്ചിരുന്നുവെന്ന്‌ ബി.ജെ.പി സംസ്ഥാന പ്രസിഡന്റ് ശ്രീധരന്‍പിള്ള വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. ഇതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്നും തന്ത്രിയോട് ബോര്‍ഡ് വിശദീകരണം തേടിയിരുന്നു. അന്ന് വിശദീകരണം തൃപ്തികരമായിരുന്നതിനാല്‍ നടപടികള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.
ശബരിമലയിൽ യുവതീപ്രവേശത്തിന് പിന്നാലെ നടയടച്ചു ശുദ്ധിക്രിയ നടത്തിയ തന്ത്രിയുടെ നടപടി ഇന്നു സുപ്രീംകോടതിക്കു മുന്നിൽ.

നിലയ്ക്കലില്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം സംഘര്‍ഷമുണ്ടാക്കിയതും മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകരെ ആക്രമിച്ചതും ബിജെപി ആര്‍എസ്എസ് പ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ അല്ലെന്ന് ശ്രീധരന്‍ പിള്ള പറഞ്ഞു. അത്തരം അക്രമകാരികളെ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചാണ് നിരോധനാജ്ഞ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. അത് ഭക്തരെ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചല്ല’ മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
ആചാരത്തെയും അനുഷ്ഠാനങ്ങളെയും സംബന്ധിച്ച് സംസ്ഥാനസര്‍ക്കാരിന് അഭിപ്രായവ്യത്യാസങ്ങളൊന്നുമില്ല. ബിജെപി തന്നെ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ സുപ്രീംകോടതിയെ ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയാല്‍ മതിഎന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു .പിഎസ്ശ്രീധരന്‍ പിള്ള മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ തെരഞ്ഞുപിടിച്ച് കടന്നാക്രമിക്കുകയായിരുന്നെന്നും കടകംപള്ളി സുരേന്ദ്രന്‍ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തി.

ശബരിമല സ്ത്രീ പ്രവേശനത്തില്‍ സർക്കാരിനും ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡിനും നേരേ ശക്തമായ പ്രതിഷേധം തുടരവേ ശബരിമലയിലെ കാണിക്ക വരുമാനത്തിൽ വലിയ കുറവു.തുലാമാസപൂജയ്ക്ക് നട തുറന്ന 17 മുതൽ നാലുദിവസത്തെ കാണിക്ക വരുമാനം മുൻവർഷം ഇതേകാലത്ത്‌ ലഭിച്ചതിനേക്കാൾ 44.50 ലക്ഷം രൂപ കുറവാണ്. തുലാമാസപൂജയ്ക്ക് നട തുറന്നശേഷം എറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തിരക്കനുഭവപ്പെട്ടത് ശനിയാഴ്ചയാണ്. യുവതീപ്രവേശ വിഷയത്തിൽ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡ് ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിൽ കാണിക്ക ഇടരുതെന്ന് വിവിധ സംഘടനകൾ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. അത്കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിൽനിന്ന് കാണിക്ക പണത്തിനുപകരം ‘സ്വാമി ശരണം, സേവ് ശബരിമല’ എന്നെഴുതിയ ഒട്ടേറെ പേപ്പറുകൾ ലഭിച്ചു. അതേസമയം തുലാമാസ പൂജകള്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി ശബരിമല നട തിങ്കളാഴ്ച രാത്രി 10 മണിക്ക് അടയ്ക്കും. തിങ്കളാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് ഏഴുമണിക്കു ശേഷം അയ്യപ്പന്മാരെ സന്നിധാനത്തേക്ക് കടത്തിവിടില്ല. ചിത്തിര ആട്ടവിശേഷത്തിന് നവംബര്‍ അഞ്ചിന് വൈകിട്ട് അഞ്ചുമണിക്ക് ക്ഷേത്രം വീണ്ടും തുറക്കും. ആറാം തിയതി രാത്രി 10 ന് നട അടയ്ക്കും. തുടര്‍ന്ന് നവംബര്‍ 16 ന് വൈകീട്ട് അഞ്ചിന് മണ്ഡലപൂജയ്ക്കായി തുറക്കും. ഡിസംബര്‍ 27 വരെയാണ് മണ്ഡലപൂജ.ശബരിമലയില്‍ യുവതീപ്രവേശനത്തിന് അനുമതി നല്‍കിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള സുപ്രീം കോടതി വിധിക്കു ശേഷമുള്ള ആദ്യത്തെ നട തുറക്കലായിരുന്നു തുലാമാസ പൂജകള്‍ക്കു വേണ്ടി നടത്തിയത്.ഭക്തരും മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകരും ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ പത്തോളം സ്ത്രീകളാണ് ദര്‍ശനം പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ച് എത്തിയത്. എന്നാല്‍ പ്രതിഷേധത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് പിന്‍വാങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.
