മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ദുരിതാശ്വാസ നിധിയിലേക്ക് ഇതുവരെ1,740 കോടി രൂപ ലഭിച്ചു. പ്രളയ ദുരിതാശ്വാസ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ അവലോകനം ചെയ്യാന്‍ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയന്റെ അധ്യക്ഷതയില്‍ ചേര്‍ന്ന യോഗത്തില്‍ ചീഫ് സെക്രട്ടറി ടോം ജോസ് അറിയിച്ചതാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം.സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇപ്പോഴും 66 ക്യാമ്പുകള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നു. 1,848 പേരാണ് ക്യാമ്പുകളിലുളളത്. 10,000 രൂപ വീതമുളള ധനസഹായം 5.98 ലക്ഷം പേര്‍ക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്തുവെന്നും ചീഫ് സെക്രട്ടറി അറിയിച്ചു. പ്രളയത്തില്‍ വൈദ്യുതി നിലയങ്ങള്‍ക്കും ലൈനുകള്‍ക്കുമുണ്ടായ തകരാറുകള്‍ എല്ലാം പരിഹരിച്ചു. 954 പേരുടെ വീടും സ്ഥലവും പ്രളയത്തില്‍ നഷ്ടമായി. 16,661 വീടുകളാണ് പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായും തകര്‍ന്നത്. 2.21 ലക്ഷം വീടുകള്‍ ഭാഗികമായി തകര്‍ന്നു.
വീട്ടുപകരണങ്ങള്‍ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് കുടുംബശ്രീ മുഖേന ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന വായ്പയ്ക്ക് 1.42 ലക്ഷം പേര്‍ അപേക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. 11,618 അപേക്ഷകള്‍ ബാങ്കുകള്‍ക്ക് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചു. 7,625 അപേക്ഷകള്‍ പാസായിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിനകം ബാങ്കുകള്‍ 60.81 കോടി രൂപ അനുവദിച്ചു. ഇതിലധികവും വായ്പ നല്‍കിയത് സഹകരണ ബാങ്കുകളാണ്. ജീവിതോപാധി കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിന് ആസൂത്രണ ബോര്‍ഡ് വിവിധ പാക്കേജുകള്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് വൈസ് ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ ഡോ. വി.കെ. രാമചന്ദ്രന്‍ യോഗത്തില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. നവംബര്‍ 1, 2 തീയതികളില്‍ ആസൂത്രണ ബോര്‍ഡിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ലൈവ്‌ലിഹുഡ് കോണ്‍ഫറന്‍സ് സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പുനരധിവാസ- പുനര്‍നിര്‍മ്മാണ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ക്രൗഡ് ഫണ്ടിംഗ് പരമാവധി പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചു. ക്രൗഡ് ഫണ്ടിംഗിനുളള ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് പോര്‍ട്ടല്‍ തയ്യാറായിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ പോര്‍ട്ടലിലേക്ക് വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാര്‍ട്ട്‌മെന്റുകള്‍ അവര്‍ ഏറ്റെടുക്കാന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതികളുടെ വിശദാംശം അടിയന്തിരമായി നല്‍കണമെന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
