बाहरी उत्तरी दिल्ली के अलीपुर थाना क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत हिरणकी गांव में बीती रात चली ताबड़तोड़ गोलियां। प्रमोद बजाड़ नाम के युवक को लगी कई गोलियां। युवक की मौके पर ही मौत। प्रमोद बजाड़ नीरज बवानिया गैंगस्टर का रिश्तेदार भी है और गैंगस्टर अमित भूरा को पुलिस कस्टडी से भगाने व पुलिस से हथियार छीनने के मामले में भी इस पर केस दर्ज थे लेकिन पिछले कई सालों से यह जुर्म की दुनिया छोड़कर गांव में ही अपना बिजनेस कर रहा था और सामाजिक कार्यों में भाग ले रहा था। बीती रात प्रमोद बजाड़ के घर के पास ही तीन युवक बाइक पर सवार थे और उनका इंतजार कर रहे थे जैसे ही वह अपने प्लॉट से घर के पास पहुंचा तो उन पर ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग कर दी प्रमोद को करीब 10 गोलियां लगी और प्रमोद की मौत हो गई। तीनों युवक मौके से फरार हो गए। फिलहाल पुलिस ने गैंगवार की बात नहीं कही है लेकिन प्रमोद पर पहले कई मुकदमे दर्ज थे और गैंगस्टरो से जुड़ा था कहीं न कहीं मामला यह गैंगवार का ही मिल सकता है।

फिलहाल पुलिस कई एंगल से मामले की जांच में जुटी है।

प्रमोद बजाड़ की हत्या में दो साजिशकर्ता गिरफ्तार
दिल्ली पुलिस ने 27 जनवरी की रात को गैंगवार में हुई हत्या में दो साजिशकर्ताओं को गिरफ्तार किया है। गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में से एक निखिल खत्री ने अपनी मां के अपमान का बदला लेने केलिए जितेंद्र गोगी के साथी रोहित मोई से प्रमोद बजाड़ की मुखबिरी की थी।
जानकारी के अनुसार 27 जनवरी की रात प्रापर्टी डीलर प्रमोद बजाड़ की बाइक सवार तीन बदमाशों ने नौ गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी थी। चूंकि मृतक प्रमोद, नीरज बवाना गिरोह का सक्रिय सदस्य था इसलिए पुलिस को विरोधी जितेंद्र गोगी गिरोह के बदमाशों पर हत्या का शक था।
इसके लिए एसीपी विवेक भगत की देखरेख में इंस्पेक्टर राजीव कुमार एवं इंस्पेक्टर रवि कुमार केनेतृत्व में दो टीमें गठित की गईं।
पुलिस टीम को टेक्निकल सर्विलांस से कुछ सबूत मिले। इसके आधार पर प्रमोद के पड़ोसी निखिल खत्री एवं मुखमेलपुर नीरज राणा को गिरफ्तारकर लिया। पूछताछ में निखिल ने बताया कि उसने 2018 में स्वरूप नगर इलाकेमें फायरिंग की थी। वह हत्या के प्रयास में जेल चला गया था। उसकी मां जमानत के लिए सहायता मांगने प्रमोद के पास गई। लेकिन प्रमोद ने निखिल के मां की सरेआम बेइज्जती की और भगा दिया। इसी अपमान का बदला लेने केलिए वह गोगी गिरोह में शामिल हो गया। उसने और नीरज ने प्रमोद की मुखबिरी शुरू की। निखिल ने जेल में बंद गोगी के साथी रोहित मोई को प्रमोद के आफिस जाने एवं आने की दिनचर्या की सूचना दी।
फिर पहले से हमलावर घटना वाली रात तैयार थे। जब निखिल ने रोहित मोई को प्रमोद के चलने की सूचना दी तो हमलवारों ने फायरिंग कर मौत के घाट उतार दिया। दोनों युवकों ने अपने सिम तोड़ कर फेंक दिए और मोबाइल का सारा डाटा डिलिट कर दिया है। पुलिस ने फारेंसिक जांच के लिए मोबाइल भेज दिया है। फिलहाल इस वारदातमें फायरिंग करने वालों की तलाश की जा रही है।

हिरणकी गांव में लैंड पूलिंग पॉलिसी को लेकर हुई पंचायत, गांवों को शहर बनाने की योजना लटकी है अधर में
दरअसल दिल्ली के गांवो को शहरो की तरह विकसित करने का कार्य मास्टर प्लान 2021 के तहत शुरू किया गया था। कई सालों से यह लैंड पूलिंग पॉलिसी अधर में ही लटकी हुई है। लैंड पूलिंग पॉलिसी के तहत किसानों को अपनी जमीन लैंड पूलिंग में डालने का क्राइट एरिया सरकार ने निर्धारित किया था, जिस सैक्टर की 70% जमीन लैंड पुलिंग में किसान दे देंगे उस सैक्टर में काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
कई सेक्टर में किसानों ने 70% से अधिक जमीन लैंड पूलिंग में डाल दी बावजूद उसके सरकार द्वारा यहां पर कार्य प्रगति से नहीं किया गया।
इसी मुद्दे पर आज किसानों की मीटिंग हुई और उन्होंने निर्णय लिया कि वे अधिकारियों से मिलकर नियमित रूप से मीटिंग करेंगे और मांग करेंगे कि इस कार्य में प्रगति की जाए । इस मुद्दे को लेकर किसान PMO , शहरी विकास मंत्री हरदीप पुरी और DDA के अधिकारियों से मीटिंग का समय मांगेंगे और जल्दी इस पर काम तेजी से करने का अनुरोध करेंगे क्योंकि लैंड पूलिंग की पॉलिसी बिल्कुल धीरे धीरे चल रही है।
अभी तक जो लैंड पूलिंग के तहत अर्बन रोड़ बनने थे उन पर भी काम शुरू नहीं हुआ । किसानों का कहना है कि जिस सेक्टर की जमीन का क्राइट एरिया पूरा हो गया है वहां पर सरकार को काम शुरू कर देना चाहिए लेकिन सरकार अपना सरकारी काम सरक सरक कर कर रही है उस काम में तेजी की जरूरत है।
फिलहाल इसी मुद्दे को लेकर के किसान अब एकजुट होना शुरू हो गए हैं । जल्दी ही किसान इस बाबत सरकार से मीटिंग करेंगे और यदि सकारात्मक रिजल्ट नहीं आता है तो किसान धरना प्रदर्शन की तैयारी भी कर रहे हैं।
अब देखने वाली बात होगी कि सरकार कब दिल्ली के गांवों में इस प्रक्रिया की शुरुआत करती है।
