Rapid technology adoption, online business platforms and virtual operating models are the future of work. Today’s technology portfolio comprises a dynamic mix of centralized, decentralized and federated services. Increasingly technology leaders of large organizations are not only embracing a diverse set of responsibilities, they are playing a key role in helping organizations adapt to the unknown and transform risks into opportunities. A new IBM Institute for Business Value CIO study revealed that since 2019 enterprises in India have taken massive leaps in the adoption of technology platforms and services. CIOs in India reported maturity in hybrid cloud operations increased 850%, followed by process automation and intelligent workflows at 536%. While 69% of CIOs in India reported that their teams played a vital role in driving their organizations’ pandemic response; organizational complexity and regulatory constraints are identified as the key challenges. Organizations continue accelerating their digital transformation with focus on achieving business objectives over the next three years. The Study highlighted that in addition to extending enterprise cloud estates, CIOs in India identified Automation, 5G, AI, IoT and Cybersecurity as their top technology investments in the next three years. In addition, CIOs in India expect technology to have the greatest impact on customer experience (43%) followed by process automation (41%) and sustainability initiatives (38%).
It is a fact that there is a sharp rise in the challenge of an ongoing hybrid workplace, there is 80% of CIOs in India said that they have implemented remote work strategies, but only 24% expect remote workplace changes from the COVID-19 pandemic to become permanent. In contrast, a concurrent IBV study suggests nearly two in three (65%).

A report from #Linkedin on State of Sales APAC 2022 says that the rising #remotework culture has accelerated the proliferation of sales technology. The pandemic disrupted the sales process permanently and positively, with 81% of buyers in India agreeing that working remotely is making buying easier.
There is a continued rise of sales technology and data-driven selling. In today’s predominantly digital era, 4 in 5 (81%) buyers in India feel that remote work has made buying easier today. Sellers too have felt this pull, with every 1 in 5 (22%) clocking deals worth $500,000 or above without ever meeting the buyer in-person.
With the number of sales professionals without any remote work experience dropping to one-fourth during the pandemic, it is evident that remote working is here to stay. Top performers are thriving due to their intelligent use of technology and data-driven selling.
The survey indicates younger sales professionals are placing a higher emphasis on soft skills, so they can develop closer relationships with their buyers or clients and close better deals. The survey also reveals that the ability to build trust is the most important factor for closing deals among younger (under 35 years) sales professionals (21%), as compared to older (over 35 years) professionals who prioritise metrics like ROI (16%) and price (17%).
Companies are increasing their appetite for data-based insights to better gauge buyer intent and drive greater sales. This is especially true amidst the ongoing Great Reshuffle when buyers and sellers are constantly considering shifting roles. In fact, more than 8 in 10 (84%) sales professionals in India have lost at least one deal to an important decision maker changing roles in the past year alone.

Hybrid IT is an approach to enterprise computing in which an organization provides and manages some information technology resources in-house but uses cloud-based services for others. The term hybrid IT is often used interchangeably with the term hybrid cloud. Managing cloud operations across environments from a ‘single pane of glass’ is important or extremely important for 78% of the respondents in India for successful digital initiatives. Despite escalating cyber-attacks, a third of global and Indian respondents do not have security as their top priority. According to IBM's new global study on cloud transformation, there has been a drastic shift in business needs as only three percent of respondents reported using a single private or public cloud in 2021, down from 29% in 2019 – establishing hybrid cloud as the dominant IT architecture. The global study, conducted by IBM Institute for Business Value in cooperation with Oxford Economics, surveyed almost 7,200 C-suite executives across 28 industries and 47 countries including 287 executives from India. कुछ दिन पहले लहार नगर की पुरानी गल्ला मंडी में कुछ अपराधी प्रवत्ति के लोगो द्वारा लूट की घटना को अंजाम देने का प्रयास करते हुए फायरिंग की घटना को अंजाम दिया गया था जिस पर लहार विधायक अम्बरीष शर्मा गुड्डु भैया ने चिंता ब्यक्त करते हुए पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय से मामला जल्द खोलने ओर लहार में ब्यापारियों को न्याय दिलाने की बात कही थी जिस पर पुलिस अधीक्षक महोय ने अपराधों एवं अपराधियों पर नियंत्रण करने के लिए पुलिस अधीक्षक भिण्ड डॉ असित यादव एवं अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक संजीव पाठक द्वारा जिला भिण्ड में हुई हत्या, लूट, चोरी की घटनाओं का खुलाशा करने हेतु जिलें में 04 विशेष टीम बनाई गई जो सायवर सेल के साथ मिलकर अपराधों का खुलाशा करने में लगी हुई थी उक्त विशेष टीमों द्वारा अपने-अपने स्तर पर मुखबिर तंत्र विकसित कर एवं तकनीकि स्तर पर कार्यवाही कर अन्तर्राज्जीय गिरोह का पर्दाफाश किया गया है हाल ही में थाना लहार में गोली मारकर की लूट थाना लहार क्षेत्र में दिनांक 25.06.2024 को सुनार व्यापारी फरियादी को गोली मारकर घायल कर सोने, चाँदी के आभूषण से भरे बैग को 03 अज्ञात आरोपियों द्वारा मोटरसायकिल से लूटने का प्रयास किया गया जिस पर से थाना लहार में अपराध 183/24 धारा 393,307,34 भादवि पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना में लिया गया था उक्त घटना की गम्भीरता को देखते हुए पुलिस अधीक्षक भिण्ड घटना का निरीक्षण किया गया तथा अज्ञात आरोपी की गिर० हेतु निर्देश दिए गए इसी तारतम्य में अनुविभागीय अधिकारी पुलिस प्रवीण त्रिपाठी के मार्गदर्शन में थाना प्रभारी लहार निरीक्षक रविन्द्र शर्मा को मुखबिर द्वारा सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि हाल ही थाना लहार की घटना का आरोपी रावतपुरा सानी में अपने किसी साथी के यहाँ आया हुआ है उक्त सूचना पर से थाना प्रभारी लहार, थाना प्रभारी नयागांव, थाना प्रभारी बरोही एवं सायवर सेल टीम के साथ मिलकर उक्त आरोपी को गिर० किया गया आरोपी से घटना के सम्बन्ध में पूछताछ की गई तो आरोपी द्वारा घटना कारित करना स्वीकार किया गया तथा घटना में शामिल अपने अन्य 02 साथियों के नाम भी बताए गए पुलिस द्वारा घटना के दो आरोपियों को घटना में प्रयुक्त अपाची मोटर सायकिल के साथ बरामद कर गिर० किया गया तथा एक आरोपी साथी द्वारा फायर करने पर गोली लगने से घायल हो गया जो कि हॉस्पीटल

तेंदुआ के हमले पर पुजारी की आवाज सुन भाग खड़े हुए ग्रामीण, पुजारी को तेंदुए से छुड़ाया,गंभीर अवस्था में जिला अस्पताल रेफर,*
धार जिले उमरबन के ग्राम सावलाखेड़ी में मंदिर के अंदर बैठे तेंदुए ने मंदिर के पुजारी मदनलाल के ऊपर हमला कर दिया। पूजारी मंदिर के अंदर पूजा पाठ करने के लिए गए थे।
प्रतिदिन अनुसार पुजारी मंदिर पहुंचे, जहां पहले से तेंदुआ बैठा था, जैसे ही पुजारी मंदिर के दरवाजे के पास गया तो अंदर जाते ही पुजारी के ऊपर तेंदुए ने हमला कर दिया। पुजारी ने जोर जोर से आवाज़ लगाई जिससे आसपास के लोगों ने पुजारी की आवाज सुनी और भागते हुए मंदिर की ओर पहुंचे तो तेंदुआ पुजारी के ऊपर हमला कर रहा था। तेंदुए से ग्रामीणों ने पुजारी को छुड़ाकर तेंदुए को भगाने की कोशिश की पर तेंदुआ, मंदिर के अंदर वापस घुसा। जैसे-जैसे ग्रामीण लोगों को जानकारी मिलती रही तो 20 से 40 लोग मंदिर के पास चले गए और तेंदुए की नजर रखी, और ग्रामीणों ने वन विभाग को जानकारी दी, वन विभाग को जानकारी मिलते ही वन विभाग के अधिकारी सावला खेड़ी तुरंत पहुंचे। वही घायल पुजारी को उमरबन स्वास्थ्य केंद्र ले जाया गया जहां डॉक्टर ने गंभीर स्थिति होने की वजह से पुजारी को धार के जिला अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया। बताया जा रहा है, तेंदुआ मंदिर परिसर के अंदर है, जिसे वन विभाग द्वारा, रेस्क्यू करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
