हिमाचल प्रदेश की सीमांत नगर परिषद संतोषगढ़ में सट्टा माफिया से जुड़े लोगों द्वारा पुलिस कर्मचारियों को बंधक बनाए जाने की घटना पर विधायक सतपाल सिंह सत्ती ने प्रदेश कांग्रेस सरकार को जमकर लपेटे में लिया है। विधायक ने कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश में कांग्रेस के सत्ता में आने के बाद से लेकर आज दिन तक लगातार माफिया का बोलबाला होता जा रहा है। हालत यह है कि माफिया से जुड़े लोगों ने न केवल कानून व्यवस्था को अपने कब्जे में ले लिया है बल्कि प्रदेश की सरकार को भी माफिया राज ही चलाता जा रहा है। विधायक सतपाल सत्ती ने कहा कि इससे बड़ा दुर्भाग्य और क्या होगा कि बंधक बनाए गए पुलिस कर्मचारियों को छुड़ाने के लिए खुद एसपी को मौके पर जाना पड़ गया।
