In one encounter of the Kardashian kind, Michael recounts a hookup with Kourtney in Glendale, CA where he maintains they had 'unprotected vaginal sex'. Michael claims during that time he 'ejaculated inside [Kourtney's] vagina.' Oooohhh… saucy!

And 9 months later out popped Mason! Michael does know pregnancy is actually 10 months, right? Just checking… Mr Male Model insists that he immediately saw a 'striking resemblance' to himself in Mason and tried contacting Kourtney, who refused to respond. Michael cites the fact that Penelope looks nothing like Mason as further evidence that they have different fathers.

In the court documents he filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Michael is requesting a DNA test for Kourtney, Scott, Mason and himself. And he wants joint-custody of Mason. The judge set a hearing for next month.

Kourtney's attorney, Shawn Holley (of LiLo fame) says Michael's allegations are 'false and defamatory.'

I dunno, I personally think both Mason and Penelope look exactly alike and both look a lot like Scott, particularly around the eyes. TMZ has some close-ups of both kids.
