This should save Tiger Woods money on an engagement ring.

There won’t be wedding bells in the futures of Lindsey Vonn and Tiger Woods.

The skiing superstar told Vogue she’s “definitely not getting married again” and cautions against anyone walking down the aisle.

Vonn’s first marriage caused a rift in her relationship with her father and ultimately ended in divorce. She says she has no regrets about marrying Thomas Vonn, who also served as her coach, but now understands that mixing business with love can be tricky.

“It definitely did not work for me, and I would not recommend it. I would also not recommend getting married!”

That quote led writer Jonathan Van Meter to ask a natural follow-up:

When I ask her if marriage will ever be in the cards for her again, (Vonn) grimaces: “No, thanks! I am definitely not getting married. To anyone.”

Though we’d imagine this is something Vonn and Woods have discussed before, I call dibs on assigning Tiger’s performance at the British Open to this quote. If he goes out and shoots a 19-under, we’ll know a weight has been lifted from his shoulders. If he gets cut, it means he’s already been window shopping at Tiffany.
