The campaign, which runs until Friday, is run by UK children's palliative care charity Together for Short Lives.
In the video, which lasts just under two minutes, pregnant Kate, who is Royal Patron of East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), says she has seen first-hand the 'transformational' work done for children and their families.
Wearing a black dress with a white Peter Pan collar, she says: 'As Patron of East Anglia's Children's Hospices I have been fortunate to see at first hand the remarkable work that they do for children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. It is simply transformational.
'There are 49 children's hospice services across the UK, all providing similar invaluable and life-enhancing care to thousands of families.

This week the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge returned to Westminster Abbey, the grand setting of their wedding, as they helped celebrate the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth's coronation.
Kate looked stunning in a custom made Jenny Packham outfit with a matching Jane Taylor hat, which she has worn once before at Her Majesty's Diamond Jubilee service last June.
Last week the Duchess also attended a garden party at Buckingham Palace in London hosted by the Queen. The pregnant Kate wore an elegant bespoke version of Emilia Wickstead's 'Marella' coat and an exquisite Jane Corbett designed hat.

Kate Middleton's baby is finally here! Buckingham Palace confirms that the Duchess of Cambridge has given birth to a baby boy, the first child for her and Prince William.
Kate was admitted to St Mary's Hospital on the morning of July 22. She and Prince William arrived via car through a secret side entrance.
The birth comes after an anxious waiting period. Beginning in early July, press and fans camped outside the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital waiting for the duchess to arrive on her speculative due date... only to be left waiting for days more.
The duchess' pregnancy was announced in December 2012, following months of royal baby rumors perpetuated by the tabloids. The day of the announcement, Kate was admitted to the hospital for treatment for hyperemesis gravidarum. The illness, an acute form of morning sickness, was thought to be serious enough to affect her entire pregnancy, preventing her from making many public appearances.
But over the course of her second and third trimesters, Kate was as active as ever. Between engagements at schools, museums and Buckingham Palace garden parties, Kate also made time to shop, go to Starbucks and walk her puppy in Hyde Park.

As fans of the Duchess of Cambridge, we were kind of hoping the Kate Middleton topless pics scandal had lurched its way to an end after the Palace sued the bejesus out of Closer magazine, the French tabloid that originally published the photos.
But even though Closer got an official injunction, other European tabloids like Chi went ahead and published the photos. One of them, the Danish magazine Se og Hør, ran a series this week that promised photos of Kate Middleton completely nude -- not just topless. The grainy photos, which appear to have just made their way to the Internet on Friday, would seem to be more scandalous than the first; the mag claims they show the duchess not just topless, but sans her bikini bottoms as well.
The scanned photos were picked up by Egotastic and other websites.
Se og Hør had been promising to print the Kate photos since earlier in the month: 'It's a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity,' Se og Hør Editor Kim Henningsen told the Belfast Telegraph.
