The grainy photos, which appear to have just made their way to the Internet on Friday, would seem to be more scandalous than the first; the mag claims they show the duchess not just topless, but sans her bikini bottoms as well.

Two people have been charged over topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge, it is being reported.
Sources told the AFP news agency the accused are the head of the Mondadori Group - the publisher of glossy magazine Closer where some of the shots were printed - and a photographer at regional daily La Provence.
The photos of Prince William's wife Catherine caused a furore when they were published last September, and sparked a criminal probe into how they were obtained.

Judges in the Paris suburb of Nanterre charged the photographer with 'invasion of privacy' for taking images of the former Kate Middleton in a swimsuit while she was on holiday in the south of France with her husband.
Those shots were published in La Provence, but the most intimate pictures showing the Duchess of Cambridge topless and having sun cream applied by William were published in Closer.
Judges are still investigating who took those photos.
Ernesto Mauri, the chief executive of Mondadori, was also charged with 'invasion of privacy' for allowing the topless shots to be published.
French authorities promptly banned Closer from any further publication or resale of the topless images after they first emerged.

The Irish Daily Star is to become the first publication in the British Isles to print pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless while on holiday with Prince William in France.
The photographs will appear in the Irish edition of the newspaper, which is produced as a joint venture between Independent News and Media and Richard Desmond's Northern & Shell. St James's Palace said in response to the decision: 'There can be no motivation for this action other than greed.'
Mr Desmond, who is chairman of Northern & Shell, said he was 'taking immediate steps to close down the joint venture.'
Moves to publish come amid condemnation from St James's Palace over French magazine, Closer's publication of the photographs last week. The Palace drew comparisons with the media's hounding of Princess Diana and her death in Paris, and described the publication of the photographs as a 'grotesque invasion of privacy'. Lawyers for the royal couple are suing the magazine's publishers.

An Italian gossip magazine has provoked outcry by publishing intimate pictures of the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge in a bikini while on holiday in the Caribbean.
Gossip rag Chi - owned by former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi- printed the photographs of William and Kate during their recent stay on the paradise island of Mustique .
On a website publicising Chi, Kate is pictured on the magazine's front cover in a blue bikini, which shows her slight baby bump , striding knee-high through the sea above the headline 'the belly grows'.
A second image shows the Duke, wearing a pair of shorts, with his left arm around his wife as they walk along a beach, under the headline 'Kate and William honeymoon in three'.
The magazine, which hits newsstands tomorrow, also gives details of the luxury £19,000-a-week luxury villa the couple are staying in.
It is believed that the royal couple are still holidaying on Mustique and were reportedly joined by Kate's family, parents Carole and Michael Middleton and her siblings James and Pippa.
St James's Palace would not comment on whether William had been informed about the issue or if they were considering any form of legal action against the magazine.
But a spokesman condemned the magazine for breaching the royal couple's privacy.
