The police today foiled the Secretariat `Gherao' of PHE daily rated, ITI trained and CP workers in Jammu. The Government has remained unmoved even after the indefinite strike entered 41st consecutive day today. The general public is suffering badly in many areas of the Jammu region and the Government has totally failed to solve the issue even after the lapse of so much of time.
