धार जिला लूट डकैती करने वाले बदमाशों के नाम से हमेशा से बदनाम रहा है । इस बदनामी का दाग मिटाने के लिए पिछले कुछ वर्षों से धार पुलिस लगातार बदमाशों पर कड़ी कार्यवाही करती आ रही है , इसके उपरांत भी जिले में लूट डकैती की घटनाएं कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही है ।
जिले में आए दिन लोगों के घरों में या राह चलते वाहनों में सवार यात्रियों के साथ लूट की वारदात लगातार हो रही है , ऐसा ही एक मामला बीती रात बाग थाने के अंतर्गत करीब 9:30 बजे बाग -कुक्षी बायपास रोड पर हुआ जहां लूटेरों ने जमकर उत्पाद मचाया जिसमें कई वाहनों को पथराव कर क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया तथा वाहन चालकों से मारपीट कर उन्हें घायल कर लाखों रुपए की लूट की वारदात को अंजाम दिया । इस पूरी घटना में एक गंभीर घायल को बड़वानी रेफर किया गया था जहां से उसकी गंभीर स्थिति को देखते हुए उपचार हेतु इंदौर भेजा गया ।
घटना के विषय में पीड़ितों ने बताया कि रात्रि करीब साढ़े नौ बजे बाग कुक्षी बाईपास पर अज्ञात लुटेरों ने घात लगाकर वहां से गुजरने वाले चार पहिया वाहन व मोटरसाइकिल सवार पर पथराव कर व मारपीट कर सोने की चैन नगदी तथा मोबाइल लूट ले गए । इस घटना में कई कार मोटरसाइकिल क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई तथा कई लोग घायल हो गए ।
घटना की जानकारी लगते ही बाग कुक्षी क्षेत्र में सनसनी फैल गई और लोगों में भय भी देखा जा रहा है, वहीं पुलिस बल भी मौके पर पहुंचा और बदमाशों का पता लगाने में जुटा ।
